After several attempts of communicating to them I have resorted to community discussion and transparency is the hope that others are aware of the risk associated with this fraudulent 'exchange'. I have screen shots and history of limited communications. I would suggest you stay clear away from dealing with this so called business unless you want your funds stolen. The fact that the amount lost is so low is incomparable to the effort in taking me to type this message however I feel obliged to warn the community. Following up ticket #16392 - after several attempts to chase up my missing funds I am resorting to community discussion and transparency. Why are you stealing customer funds from their accounts?
