Hello jbab, we use this rule for security reasons, as of some people try to abuse the bonus. If your account is clean of abuse you have two options:
1) Deposit a minimum amount of BTC for example: .0001 and then cashout the full amount.
2) Contact support and they will help you making this cashout...

I deposited the 0.0001 btc and it let me withdraw. Woke up this morning and recieved the 0.066 btc in my account. Fun site had a lot of fun at the roulette table. I will definitely be back!
