I don't know either but I used their services before multiple times in the past few years and they always deliver. they even include the purchase confirmation pdf so they are obtained somewhat legitimately but don't know how they can offer such steep discounts on just about any item. most of the things I purchases from this user before always got at least 50% discount

Warning: This person did not provide admin screenshot, or a screenshot of the file structure when asked, and when asked where he got the files from he couldnt answer.
I contacted the original developer (perfecto web) they put me in touch with the actual owner of the site and code who paid thousands for it, so paying $300 is a laughable amount.
Hopefully this is a warning to others so others wont get scammed.
