there are 2732024 of Shares available, out of which 196910 are locked. out of 9,600,000 from IPO
there is now 3125422 shares available.

No, the "locked" shares were simply unlocked, as they were unsuccessful purchase attempts that needed to be cleared.
If there were 2732024 Shares available, and 196910 locked, then that's still only 2928934 total after unlocking.
Where on god's green earth did 3125422 come from?

these metrics are important for prospective buyers. This kind of thing wreaks of unprofessionalism and reminds me of AMC's "IPO"

But if you take into cosideration that you are getting now only 50% of possible dividends ( collecting investment funds by friedcat ) the real share price should be ~1.1 BTC so those shares at exchanges are heavily devalued right now.
I'm curious to know where you found this 50% figure? I thought nobody could tell exactly the ratio retained. Best guesses are based on following resellers paiements, are your referring to anything in particular or you just made that number up?

they said that on the 9th. it's now more than a few weeks later. We can't take any knowledge for granted due to the poor communications

They probably got complacent due to there own successes:
They were just sitting back and watching the ridiculous amount of coins roll in when they should have been expediting 28nm development. now they're loosing the race
