For those I will just let the answer here: You need to zoom-out the browser to 25% (Hold CTRL and use the wheel of the mouse) and click the captcha in that way. To complete the recaptcha you may want to make the zoom 100% again, and then to "click to continue" make the 25% zoom-out again. The same for the "Get Link" page.

In that way you just avoid the annoying banner in the front of the buttons.

Another way is, almost all of these banners have a "X" (orange in most cases). This is viewed when you zoom-out a little the page with the same technique before. Be careful because a few banners don't have the X and you can't close it. The best method is first method.
