Except you don't know that. The only thing you know is that he requires a PGP/staked address. You don't know if he checks your IP logs, post history, security log, posts/activity timezone, etc...

I've read that account recovery requires an investigation that may take a lot of time and only two people can do it. maybe the reason[1] below can make you wiser.
