Re: What's your biggest problem with Bitcoin
by
jeraldme
on 04/04/2018, 02:11:00 UTC
Software development team here.
We would like to hear from the community what are the most annoying\frustrating stuff you have with Bitcoin and would love to get a solution for ?
Feel free to talk about any problem, even if it seems unsolvable or too abstract (e.g. Bitcoin is not safe enough for the average user)
Edit:
After reading all the replies, I feel confident summarizing that the #1 problem of Bitcoin is probably lack of adoption.
And the main reasons of lack of adoption are probably ease of use and insufficient security.
We are a team of entrepreneurs and software developers that are going to spend the next following months-year on developing a new product.
One of the most appealing markets for us is the Bitcoin market.
We will try to learn us much as possible from your replies and try to tackle the problems head on.
Not totally biggest problem, I just only think that when it became stable. So that everybody can used their bitcoins. And paid their bills. Because some people are depending in bitcoin. They depends their income in bitcoin so that we hope that its became stable and the price is getting higher.

Re: Where do you spend your money from Bitcoin?
by

on 04/03/2018, 11:03:50 UTC
Today's economy is either rising or falling depending on the consumers and sellers. If you join the Bitcoin, there is a high probability that you will gain something from your money because there are a lot of opportunities here. So my question is, "Where do you usually spend your money that you have gained here in Bitcoin?"
I don't really spend so much money from my bitcoin, I just spend a little of it to my family and my needs and invest half of it.

Re: Why people scam
by

Getting a job is not possible for everyone, not everyone has family or [friends] to help them and sometimes they will make the bad situations even worse them. If you've ever really needed money and were very desperate, than you probably know that people would let you starve to death rather than give you $5.

It's weird how people won't toss out just a few dollars to help someone in need, yet they'll spend $10000 or more on their pet that has an average life span of under 5 years.

But then again, if you give the person in need money, they'll keep coming back for it. It's a real crap shoot
People are victims of scam because they give their full trust to anybody.  Its okay to have new friends important is  you find a good friend. Just like bitcoin you must learn to choose the people who sell of your bitcoin. Than one that you trust.

Re: Does the Price of Bitcoin Matter?
by
jeraldme
on 23/02/2018, 05:47:13 UTC
For true devotees of Bitcoin, the price of the digital currency is almost irrelevant. They believe in its inherent value or, more frequently, cannot see any value at all in the alternative of government issued fiat currency. Price is therefore not a concern. At the other end of the spectrum, for those that harbor what appears to be an irrational hatred of Bitcoin and anything to do with it, the exchange rate also matters little. They were screaming that it was all worthless when the price was at over $1000, and somehow convince themselves that an exchange rate of over 200 times what it was before that bubble proves their point. For the vast majority of people somewhere in the middle, however, the price of the currency in Dollar, Euro, Yuan or whatever terms is important.

Yes, the price of bitcoin is so important to us.  Because they see the value of bitcoin and we monitor if the right time to sell or hodl it.  Important is we give value of bitcoin.

Re: Is it better to save money or invest it?

Is it better to save money in bank or invest it online, in real estate or maybe gold?
Investing is you put your money on that and go for trading or what. But you can earn profit from it,  but its not bad to save money for your future.  Important is you know how to handle your money and smart to spend it.

Re: Is Bitcoin money?
by
jeraldme
on 21/02/2018, 03:30:00 UTC
+1 agree that it is not money.  However, if it was a pure commodity then it would necessarily require some (even minimal) use value, beyond an exchange value.  Right now bitcoins have a 0% use-value and a 100% exchange value (eg, if they could not be exchanged for something else, they would merely be taking up space on our harddrives and are inherently useless, like random chunks of data).
Everything that have a value is money.  Just like bitcoin, it also money the diffirence is it is digital currency but you can also exchange to real money but its expensive one to exchange.  But you can also used it online by buying your needs in online shop or paying bills.

Re: Can Bitcoin become a daily currency?
by
jeraldme
on 19/02/2018, 14:01:09 UTC
Bitcoin transactions are way slower than other cryptos and fees are high, and when you pay with bitcoin you pay with only fractions of it, so do you think it is possible for bitcoin to become a daily currency? Something you can use to pay for coffee? If no, then what cryptocurrency have this potential?
I hope it can happen someday that bitcoin is our daily currency to buy our needs and everything. And also the government will allow to each and everyone that bitcoin is officially legal.

Forums are being filled with speculation, almost all topics that appear lead to falling bitcoin prices, whether this will continue, this is the right time to buy, blah blah blah. Come on, the storm must pass, let us focus on the positive topics instead of continuing to discuss this 50% decline. Start talking about the positive news from Singapore deputy, bitcoin that has gone up 20% today and others. Think positive and positive things will come.
When you wake up early in the morning you must think positive, start your day with a positive vibes to get more blessings everyday. And always be humble and kind so you can catch positive things in life.

Australian juice company Boost is giving away four bitcoins -- one a week, for four weeks -- to those who buy some juice and enter a code in the Boost app.

In the past, these marketing camapigns would feature a holiday they were giving away if your bought the product and entered the codes. Now it's bitcoin.

Re: Convincing people about Bitcoin
by
jeraldme
on 19/02/2018, 13:50:57 UTC
Hey there.

I have recently gotten into this whole crypto-world. A long time ago I actually started mining bitcoins, but the returns were so bad I stopped (I would be rich if I had not, back in the time where you could make some decent bitcoin just with your pc...)

Anyway. I am trying to convince people that Bitcoin is the future. But currently people think I'm some crazy idiot. Why would you invest into virtual money?

What advice do you have to get people interested in Bitcoin?
Now a days its easy to convince other people to used bitcoin, because most people are using internet so they find out first bout bitcoin in internet. All you need is how it works, and what are the used of bitcoin in our daily life.

why is it ok for a group of people calling themselves the government to force everyone to buy their services?
if enough armed people refused to pay and told the government to go fuck itself there is nothing they could do.
They agree to pay taxes because they want their community progressive and more people will help to the way of paying taxes. Because we all know if you are a citizen of one country you are responsible to pay taxes.
