Starting tomorrow, investors who participated in Neufunds public offering will be able to claim their FTH equity tokens and officially become co-owners of our parent company! Soon after that, on February 1213, the first payout from NEU, worth over a 100k, will be distributed pro rata to all NEU token holders.

Before you start to protest, lets set things straight. There really is no such thing as legal ICOs. In the US, to hold a compliant offering, sometimes called a Security Token Offering (STO), a company can make use of existing securities exemptions laws. They are restrictive, expensive, time-consuming, and not ideal. But thats the best there is for now.

Thank you, it was interesting to read. But I would like to ask, when will the ETO be held already? I mean that companies are already registered, but when will the process begin? And another question - I own tokens NEU, what can I do with these tokens on the platform? Can I use them to participate in the ETO? And also the old question - will the new exchanges be added for trading in NEU after the launch of the ETO?
Burmik123, the ETOs will start very soon! The companies will reveal the offerings details and timeline in their own capacity in coming weeks. We're supporting them as much as we can, however, it's in most part out of our hands.
Regarding your question about NEU tokens as you know, you can already register and go through the verification process. Once verified you can claim proceeds from the platform. You simply need to gold your NEU tokens on the wallet with which you created the Neufund account.
You can't use NEU tokens to invest in the ETOs our tokens' only usability it to claim proceeds from the earnings that the platform make.
Regarding the questions about exchanges due to legal reasons we can't comment on that, unfortunately!

So, when Neufund will get listed at the new exchange? I am new to this project. Based on Coinmarketcap chart, this project reached $2 in last January. Is it possible Neufund will hit that price again?
Doubtly. Platform is ready. ETOs will come soon. More tokens will be in the market and they will be absolutely free. I think price will go $2 and above in years, when almost all tokens will be issued and equity related to tokens will have great value.
I disagree with you. The more tokens in general, the less the value of one token. So it seems to me that the price of the NEU can even dump more after the launch. Although this is a little illogical, but it seems to me. On the other hand, I am glad that the team is actively working and is interacting with the community. By the way, your assumptions about $ 2 look too optimistic against the background of a falling market.
Unfortunately, we can't comment on the price of NEU tokens, but I can only remind one important fact in the discussion: NEU have a hard cap.

How can I be sure of the reliability of your platform and payment tools used by it?
Our payments are processed on the blockchain, except for the nEUR which have to go from off-chain to on-chain. Once we confirm your deposit on our bank account it becomes on-chain tokens, and therefore it is managed as every other token (though it might be used only on the Neufund Platform). Security and stability of the whole process are guaranteed by Neufund.How can I be sure of the reliability of your platform and payment tools used by it?
