Snodo, it's a misunderstanding. The poster who pointed out the number of accounts and transactions was incorrect. But there has been atleast a few users who have gotten their bounty paid twice (large amounts too)
As I mentioned, this is how the ETH network behaves when one sends large amounts of payments at once. Some transactions will jump from peer to peer, will show on etherscan as "transaction not found" since it wasn't propagated through the entire network, even for a day, then pop all of a sudden out of nowhere. Meanwhile, we know we made that payment, yet it's showing nowhere. So what do we do when people say they didn't received it? We have nothing else to do but resend the payment, just to see that the next day the lost transaction suddenly appears.

Maybe duplicate payments are taking place for lot of addresses as I can see
Token Holders: 5656 addresses
No.Of.Transfers: 6346
So, I strongly believe that there are lots of address which been paid twice. (around 700)
That makes me a 1 token holder but 2 transfers and I know for sure I'm not the only one.
So 700 duplicate transfers is not the case
People, please STOP FUD'ing!!!!
Do your math and research first before making your own conclusions which may already gets its own life here...
but the transaction quoted in this post didn't invested a single penny, you can check it's ETH wallet which has 0 balance with no activity.
And many people already confirmed duplicate payment into their wallet. I'm not spreading any FUD's
it will take some time if you will start sending with 75 ats. just start with 1k

hey peter does the issue affects the value of ATS ? I think it will affect much that it will pose serious problem in the opening of your campaign

Peter , Pay to All of them and make them Happy. Those who have too many sign up from same IP. Ban them. Pay to honest one's 
UPDATE: we will pay everyone IF there are no more than 3 registrations from the same IP. This will eliminate more people but should stop all those fake ones.

You should give it to everyone, if not received, it has nothing to do with you, this also proved your honesty

Adding to the "SCAM" column is the fact that Peter's messages are repeatedly filled with spelling and grammar errors. This is supposedly a Maryland-based book publishing-focused company. How many people do you imagine are in the book publishing business in the United States who don't have a flawless grasp of the English language?
You realize I'm the CDO, my job is to develop/code not to write books. Add the fact that I have to deal with hundreds of messages..
basically you're the head IT for the campaign? then cant you atleast filter non erc20 wallets?

Peter, a few weeks ago I specifically asked you "will I be able to get out my 150 tokens or will there be a certain required number of tokens?" You said that I would absolutely be able to get my 150 tokens.
A few days ago I asked you "Will I have 45 days to fill out the withdrawal form?" You said "yes, you will have 45 days to fill out the form" and I was going to fill it out next week.
This is still unacceptable. Even if it takes a while, please open up your withdrawal form again and find a solution for paying us.
How about you guys pay out gradually over the next 40 days so all those who worked for your bounty campaign get paid? Wouldn't that be a better solution?
You didn't understood why we can't to this. When we start sending payments and we get to send payments to "fail addresses" after a couple fails we can't send anything else for a couple more hours as the peer nodes will reject all the remaining transactions.
Let's say I pay you now and then I hit 10 fail addresses, I get stuck for a couple more hours, meaning we'll never get to send payments to everyone. If we try to send more, all those attempts will fail as well.
We will be paying people who earned a minimum of 1,000 to begin with. Once that is successful, we can see if there is anything else we can do to improve the situation.
