На супернове можно без кошелька начинать майнить. монеты должны на балансе копиться. Надеюсь сработает такой вариант.
Это обычный пиар ход, даже обсуждать нечего. И против государства он не дурак чтобы идти.
Почему "против государства"? Когда криптовалюты узаконят будет все легально и он без проблем сможет использовать свою крипту.
Надеюсь все же будет Тинкоин. с Тинткоин картой, что бы можно было конвертировать в рубли без всяких обменников
