Everytime i email the site about why half my cashouts are instant and half are 10-15 hours, i get the same scripted email. Customer service is terrible. I have earned over 30k loyality points with my first month of play and i'm treated like shit basically.

Sometimes delay scenario happens men as you do backread on their past pages you can see that many people experience some delays upon there withdrawal, and if happen that you see that your withdrawal is instant in some case maybe that is just by luck or they are been attaintive by the time you made that withdrawal.


i doubt they include "luck" in their instant or non instant cashout procedures
