Payout status is on hold and doesn't have any txid though.
If it is truly your case, you should contact the owner (windice) through DM, or contact Windice's moderators through chatroom of the site. Another option for you is join the Windice forum and ask for help. However, the official option is support ticket. I don't think you get troubles if you don't abuse the site. There is a rule against multi accounts on Windice.io, and this one is usually reasons of rejected payouts.Windice.io actually provides the same payouts, instant payouts.

This is my first payout request https://prnt.sc/o2sm96 running for 3 hours of waiting already. I asked around the chat on who have already made withdrawals and they said it usually takes 2 to 3 hours before they got their coins to their wallets.
I asked support about how long my payout will be on hold but no reply as of the moment. I thought payouts are instant though.
Instant payout means when you ask for your payouts, Windice.io will confirm your payouts almost instantly, and within 5 minutes you will see txhash of your payouts (by look at your account payout history). However, it does not mean that you will get your coins instantly, because after txhash of your payouts appear, your transactions have to wait for confirmations on bitcoin network, it depends on bitcoin network, not Windice.io. If you see txhash, and check it on bitcoin explorer, whatever explorer you use, if you see your coins already move and wait for confirmations, you don't have to worry. 2 or 3 hours or even longer, your coins will come to you wallet. It is cool if Windicers can share their waiting time between payout order and when their payout get confirmations on Windice.io. I know that the site provides instant payouts, but for newcomers, especially new joiners in the gambling casinos, such proofs of instant payouts is great, and somehow convincing proofs to wipe out all of their doubts on Windice's payouts. Of course, such proofs should only be shared in private method, with only two timepoints of payout order and confirmations. Details of payouts should be kept in secret.
