Option 1: Get my BTC back.
Option 2: Hire a lawyer and get my BTC back.
Option 3: Hire someone beat the shit out of Jon Montroll and get my BTC back.

Please PM me Jon's address and his family info, thanks.

Dont forget to put your name on the lawsuit so they can arrest you too.

I apologize. I was very mad when I wrote those and didn't think of the consequences.

@crumbs, I think you are right. If it turns out to be a lawsuit, I think we should not only against Ukyo but also Danny. Because he's person who tried to help Ukyo escape from this, a accomplice?

I think he just doesn't have the coins anymore...so he has to wait for his next big thing to earn some profits to pay it back.

But how he can lose not only ukyo.loan's coin but also weexchange's coin is beyond my imagination. Spend it on lawyers? Labcoin and Asicminer? Gambling? Day trading?

I don't wanna stir things up but.
I think it's time that we should consider the possibility that he's running of with a enormous amount of money.

If that is the case. What are we gonna do about it?
The temperature isn't very hot underneath his feet at the moment. so i think it's best to do the most research as possible about Ukyo now
Before he starts erasing his online past activity and accounts.

He's not anonymous. To say the least in fact.

Have you received your coins yet?

It looks like money is gone and we were scammed, again.
Hate to say that but after labcoin and terrahash I can now add Ukyo to the list.

Even if he repays it seems that he used the money for other purposes which he should not.
With coin rapid appreciation his debts will now go big then large then huuuuge.
Exchange no longer exists to earn him coin for repayment.

The only way he can stop the spiral is to take massive fiat loan to cover the whole bitcoin debt and repay fiat loan over time.
But with his debt being as huge as debt of United States of America I doubt he will claim it.

I know that he used to have reputation but what can he do without the coin?!
Unlike United States Ukyo doesn't possess dollar printing machinery!

So sad. Didn't see it coming from this direction!
I am hurt and bleeding.

And it seems that... regulation is needed as hell because..
..in this shape bitcoin is good for nothing except for safe keeping in cold wallet.

Unlike labcoin we know Ukyo's real identity and US authorities have contacted him. At least he will not get away like labcoin.

Unlike labcoin finding Ukyo won't find you the coin.
With labcoin the coin exists at least somewhere, .

I doubt labcoin still has any coin left. I know those scammers, probably can't wait to sell them to fiat money and spend it all on gambling, drugs etc.

It is the ticket date, not the withdrawal date.

You must have raised a ticket.

ff69, you've been complained for a while, have you received any withdraw yet? How long did it take?

When was the ticket created, was it the same date as the withdraw date?

Please be clear about this.

How do you know this guy received coin? Is he your friend?

OK, maybe it's time to prepare a lawsuit. Anyone can post his real name and everything first, we need to know more about him.

The worst case is that he used our coin to day trade, and with the value rising like this we won't get our coin back unless there's a major crash.

From what I can see, Ukyo invested labcoin and asicminer, probably with ukyo.loan's coin. One of them is a scam, the other one is not doing so well and with the close of Bitfunder I'd say he's in real trouble to redeem his ukyo.loan. And that gives him the reason to day trade with our coin.

With the rise of bitcoin, everyone's service seems to be faulty or hacked Smiley

Correct me if I'm wrong, the whole "40 minutes for each transaction" thing is because Ukyo doesn't want to close weexchange.

But seriously @Ukyo, you really think people are going to use weexchange again in the future even if you fix the withdraw issue?

TradeFortress's busy spending that stolen 4100 coins to hire a good lawyer, in order not to be raped in jail.
