I see that every 10 minutes a round of token is got by the same address, and some addresses can get more than half of each round. Can you make some restrictions, such as 1 addresses per 10 minutes, up to 2 times?

This is what I am telling, this man can just time it every 10 mins himself or just look at the etherescan and then just make his transactions confirmed at the earliets block where 10 mins have happened. In that case, all the coins will be mined by him if he sent 50 transactions. it can be the dev though.such as this address:

Yes, all of the tokens are monopolized by several addresses, and others cannot get any token.

Definitely check out Exscudo. I pick SONM,Voise. Voise ICO is currently going on and still around 20 plus days for ICO to complete,they have a minimum cap of around 7500 ETH and will surely reach it.SONM on the other hand is a tough competitor for Golem and would surely be sold out on the first day of the ICO.
