With the power requirements to run the BTC network continually increasing... what is the long term solution? It doesn't seem viable that it can go on forever like this. Anyone have good insight? It's easy to just assume... "well there will be cheaper energy in the future" or "BTC will just switch to POS".... I guess I'm looking for answers with a little more substance and detail. Thanks!
I do not really understand and understand the issue of miners, but it seems to me that soon bitcoin will replace a more promising and profitable currency. Which will be more profitable to mine.
is it risky to turn all my money to bitcoins? anyhow this money sits in the bank and do nothing for!
All operations with money always carry risks. If you decide to invest somewhere or buy something, be prepared for the fact that you will lose all your money. But without risk, big money is not earned.
How many times you heard some question ? But the time goes by and I've been wondering if it really what a BTC today really is.
As we discuss here in the forum everyday, the main reason for BTC not to be taken seriously as digital money like it was invented are:
- its fee cost for lower transaction - delay and time of the transaction to be approved - its price that change constantly up - it's not designed to accept so many transactions
What do you think ? Do you hold like you holding the gol a decade ago ?
I think that soon other faster, cheaper and more promising crypto currencies can replace bitcoins due to their transaction speed and low commission prices.

Re: If bitcoin will be used in our daily transactions.
If bitcoin will be used as our daily payment is it possible that schools will be accepting it as payment for tuition fees? And if it will be accepted they need to teach the students the use of bitcoin and give the knowledge to use it and how it works.
I think in the near future crypto-currencies, blockchain technologies and bitcoins will be studied by schoolchildren and students at lessons.

Re: Is it possible to make the bitcoin price stop growing?
I just wanted to know that, what amount of risk is there in investing in bitcoins. Right now i am planning to buy btc approx 3-4 btc and just hold them as i guess the price of bitcoin will increase in future and i will get some good profit. But i want to know what is the risk involved. Can bitcoin price decrease and is this right time to buy the bitcoin.
In each investment there are risks. This is a sphere in which you can get rich quickly and lose everything at once. Therefore, you should always remember about the diversification of risks.
Bitcoin exchanges in India have been able to operate but they have been self-regulating using strict Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering measures https://veratad.com/solutions/identity-verification/ in place. These areas will now fall under government regulation.
Funny side note--a member of the parliament in India likened Bitcoin to a Ponzi scheme as recently as March of this year. Pretty wild. "In a letter to the Finance Ministry and the Reserve Bank of India, Somaiya explained that Bitcoin is a pyramid Ponzi-type scheme. However, Somaiya was criticized for his inability to understand the structural and fundamental difference between a Ponzi scheme and Bitcoin."
I think that in the near future, bitcoin will be ligated in every country of the world and this will contribute to the even greater capitalization of the Crypto-currency.

Hello. I'm Russian and I do not really understand why you do not want to place your vending machines in our country? Perhaps you are planning to do it later?

Not experienced investors should not make hasty decisions in this case. Always need to study all information about the project and make a decision only after receiving all the necessary information
Correctly speak, I always thoroughly get acquainted with the project, with its idea, the site, Whitepaper, the experience and activity of the team, the road map and only then I invest
This is certainly good, but not always an indicator of success at 100%
Now it's difficult to guess how successful ICO will be! Back in the spring, many people bought tokens through ICO, as they knew for sure that in the future this investment would bring them profit. Now, there is a chance after the stock exchange to buy a token cheaper than the ICO ...
I agree with you. I also watch many altcoins who, after their ICO, fall on the stock exchange at a price that is lower than it was on the ICO
