Not all ICO are successful. Most of them don't even reach the soft cap. And of those who reached their soft cap and hard cap, most of them turns out to be scam or without real value. With every reward comes risk. Investment is like playing a game of chances. If the project is too good to be true chances are its a scam. If a project is doing a steady progress and is gaining a lot of support from users and the developers have good reputations, chances are the project will be a success. An ICO is the start of every new company as it determines if the company will gain enough funding to continue or not. Similarly, Smart City Eco has been gaining a lot of support. The concept may be too ambitious for some but I do believe it is realistic enough given their timetable. The developer and the CEO are dedicated to the project to the point that they are willing to sleep less just to achieve more on their project. Only time can tell whether a project can deliver its promise so I do hope that users and investors will give Smart City Eco a chance and time to prove that this project has a great potential.
