用户A想买比特币，输入限制订单，1BTC，800RMB
但现在没有matching order，所以用户A的订单进入Order Book
后来用户B出现，愿意卖1BTC，800RMB，match到用户A的订单，交易执行。

这样的话，用户A没有transaction fee，反而会赚钱。XCoin会给用户A 0.2%。这就是liquidity rebate!

I am involved with the Bitcoin industry in China, and I believe the regulatory uncertainty is the main reason why Bitcoin hasn't taken off in China yet.  Bitcoin is relegated to early adopters and enthusiasts now who just trade it, hold it, or mine it.  But the specter of regulatory crackdown will keep Bitcoin from going mainstream.  Entrepreneurs in China will always push the envelope though; they always have with new technologies in China, if you look at the internet and wireless industries as examples.  China won't crack down unless and until something gets big enough to be a threat, but it is definitely on their radar, as there was an internal report written and circulated around MOFCOM regarding Bitcoin in 2011.  I would hazard to guess that China regulators are also waiting, as a lot of the world is, to see how the US decides to regulate cryptocurrencies.

I've just launched a new RMB exchange at Xcoin.io. The exchange is built with to be completely easy to use, and to incentivize liquidity we've implemented a liquidity rebate!  This means that when a user enters any limit order that ends up in the order book,  we will pay the user a rebate of .2% when that order gets filled.  The transaction fees are paid by the other side of the trade.  Right now we are able to take deposits via Alipay and bank transfer, and only deal in RMB.  I've labelled the site as beta for now because it is brand new and I want to make sure things go smoothly at first, and there are a bunch of features I want to implement as soon as possible, but at this point it should be ready to go!

I would love to hear some feedback from the bitcointalk community.  Competition in the exchange space, particularly in China, is pretty fierce, but my view is that the more liquidity options for users the better at this point, and eventually the winners will shake out.  So please sign up and let me know what you think!  As a bonus, the I will deposit .1 BTC into the accounts of the first 10 users who sign up and deposit at least 200 RMB into their accounts.

A little about myself: I'm a lawyer and engineer who is fascinated by Bitcoin and its uses and implications.  XCoin is owned by a properly registered and operated company located in Shanghai, and knowing that trust is a big issue with the Bitcoin community, we will be doing our best to be completely transparent in our activities.  

I'm also looking for developers who love bitcoin who are interested in helping me continue to build this product.  China is a huge potential market for Bitcoin, and I have a lot of great plans for additional products and services for this market.  In the coming months, I would also like to start gathering a group of Bitcoin enthusiasts in China to develop a think-tank-like organization to grapple with Bitcoin's legal status here.  I would love to find some partners who are interested in either of these initiatives.  PM me if you or someone you know may be interested!

You've probably just opened a huge can of worms here, my friend.  This is a deep and interesting topic that could span many books, but here is my abridged take, the ideas of which permeate the other comments in the thread.

The core basis beyond Bitcoin's popularity runs deeper, IMHO, than merely that fiat is inflationary and can be created by the press of a button by a certain privileged few, although that is certainly a big part of it.  In fact, as I'm sure many people on this board knows, it wasn't always the case that the US dollar was inflationary.  In fact, at one point in time, the US dollar was pegged to gold, and it wasn't until quite recently that the dollar became free-floating.  See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nixon_shock.  A free-floating dollar, printable by the Fed, enables all sorts of activities that are favorable to some, and not favorable to others.  While it is true that the dollar as it exists today benefits USG and enables it to do all sorts of things it would otherwise be unable to do, it would be incorrect to say that the dollar as it exists today only benefits the government.  An inflationary currency, generally speaking, benefits debtors at the expense of savers.  In addition to this, the current structure of USG and its banks allows certain parties to benefit more from the money-printing than others.  Those closer to the creation of money can reap the benefits of this new money before its effects are distributed to the wider populace.  In the US, these are mainly banks and other entities that have close ties with the Fed and central government.

My view is that Bitcoin is popular because it confers great power to the individual, power that central governments have managed to co-opt for most of history.  Indeed, the power of coinage is one of the greatest weapons a government can have, and enables the government to do one main thing that it would otherwise be unable to do - grow.  Giving up this power is something governments will not abide.  It is not a coincidence that Bitcoin is popular among a certain group of techno-libertarians, and population subset that doesn't conveniently align with the traditional political classifications that we're taught to identify with.  Having this as background with give a lot of context to the hostility of governments have for Bitcoin and virtual currencies.  While many might view Bitcoin has merely a new virtual currency that make certain payments easier and more cheaply, governments are quite aware of Bitcoin's true implications.

AFAIK that isn't possible now.  Not only are credit card companies wary of bitcoins, the chargebacks make it unlikely that anyone will be willing to sell bitcoins to you if you are paying with a CC.
