Hello this is not what we need.
Please open the directory in cmd and then type 'solaced.exe --log-file output.txt' Once it's starting to sync type log_level 2 in the console and let this run for a while. Once you've ran for a while please go to "C:\ProgramData\solace" and you will find the log file.
Once you've sent the log please use https://github.com/schmeckles22/SolaceCoin-Blockchain-Importer to import past block 9999. This should not be an issue and it's odd that it's happening to you as a few of us have just done a full resync and no issues.
We will get to the bottom of it!
I run solaced.exe --log-file output.txt but I cant find the output.txt file...

Hello, Yes at block 10000 please use the updated miner that supports Cryptonight Heavy.

Why does not my wallet synchronize more than 9999? Is the algorithm change the problem? I use the gui version (imported from cli version)

Hello, We have updated the GUI Wallet for the fork - https://github.com/schmeckles22/SolaceCoin-GUI-Wallet/releases/download/v1.0.0/SolaceGUI-v1.0.0.zip
GUI Wallet is still in Beta testing but is in a usable state, Please have CLI backup just in case.
