Actually I advise everyone to just buy the currency itself instead of a miner as the ROI is mostly worse when buying a miner :-)

Investing money directly into favorite coins are much better than buying rigs and mining to get coins.
Most of coins are un-profitable for miners ATM.

Miners will drop the price, so wait for buy coins, i personally don't like what they've done in zcash (equihash), it should have forked, but Decred is very solid at the price as well.

Pelo contrário, o ataque foi um fracasso. A rede não ficou congestionada, o sistema de taxas funcionou a perfeição pra manter as transações fluindo, e ainda esgotou o dinheiro que os atacantes tinham, sem que eles colhessem o benefício desejado.
Entendi, mas não sei se estamos falando da mesma coisa, porque teve uma época que ficou um bom tempo com taxas altas e tal, quando se propagaram aqueles aceleradores de transações, etc... e tal, ainda não tinham feito o fork para o BCH
O "flood de ataques" com inúmeras transações a míseros centavos ficaram lá parados, mas isso não comprometeu o sistema, pois quem tinha grana para pagar por uma transação mais rápida conseguiu fazê-la sem nenhuma complexidade.
Claro que chegou em um ponto em que a alta nas taxas virou uma bola de neve, mas a tecnologia em si não foi comprometida por isso, foi apenas uma questão de "quem paga mais".
E no fundo, apenas uma questão de tempo até se resolver e a grana dos atacantes esgotar.
Será que o BCH não teria falhado completamente caso esses ataques não fossem feitos? Eu ainda acho engraçado o fato do BCH ter se firmado no top5 de marketcap.. Simplesmente não consigo aceitar isso.
Vi uma projeção que em 2040 mais de 10% da energia gerada no mundo seria destinada para mineração de BTC, isso é algo insustentavel, existem varias discussoes sobre o assunto, tem moedas com ideias legais, estao discutindo progpow em ETH, irá surgir algo melhor proximo ao POS, POW nao é sustentavel
