I send the necessary amount from the address to the address of the node (same wallet). There have already been more than 10 confirmations, but still get an error
error: could not allocate vin for collateraladdresss
P.S. Maybe it's because I sent not 5000 but 6000 coins?

How to make sure that my node is working? In the wallet masternode debug: successfully started masternode.
I just browsed the "Masternode network" tab and found my ip and port number, so I guess mine is working. It took me like 5 min to find it. I don't know how long it takes to get your first reward though.
