Yes, i believe if you get a good project and strong idea then ICO's can really take off. There are just so many right now to pick from it gets difficult to decide. Check out propthereum.io it's one I've been looking into a lot recently and have gotten on board with it!

For long game investors I'd say invest any time as most think the price will continue to rise for the  next 6 months and on wards! Don't leave it too late though as it could be priced out soon

Confidence is key when picking an ICO to invest in. Confidence comes from doing your research, and really getting to know the ideas etc behind it. The one to watch for me is propthereum.io asset back property concept with really good numbers and a strong team. Check out the white paper really interesting stuff

The most promising one I have seen (and trust me I've seen my fair share..) is propthereum.io they have a strong idea with a team that has relevant experience in the field in which they are going for, which seems to becoming more rare with every ICO that comes out. 100% check them out

There have been many successful ICO's in recent times but the high volume of ICO's makes its very difficult to choose the correct one. I always recommend doing your own research, there are few I like right now but one that excites me is propthereum.io really clear idea with good numbers to back it up.

Its a risky game to be in as you need to be very on the ball with timing in terms of getting in and more importantly getting out! Choose wisely as scammers are ripe!

No panic just yet as the sanctions are really to block the scammers, you can't really stop a good ice with a decent idea and genuine people behind it!

Hiring Campaign Manager for Bounty/Signature Campaign
by
joefdavid
on 27/10/2017, 09:00:27 UTC
I am recruiting for an up and coming ICO bounty/signature campaign

They are looking for someone with vast experience in running a successful campaign and great communication skills, here are the key points they are after

Create and maintain the application thread for campaign - keeping on top of the thread and making sure we select the right people, not just fastest finger first. Vetting the background of the people is key for the team also, credibility is paramount.

Create and maintain spreadsheet - Checking the amount of posts and if they were substantial. We don't want just spam, need good people who have a genuine interest on here.

Checking people are following rules - Again checking the posts to make sure the rules we agree on the thread are followed, if the rules are broken on a post they won't receive payment for it.

Payment list - Keeping on top of payment list, this comes down to trust and a working relationship. Transparency is also key, so the more information the team get the better.

If you are interested in this role please PM asap the team would like to get the ball rolling on this, we can discuss fee's and any input you may have regarding campaigns and the how you would like to take it forward!

Me being cautious I started trading with $100, invested waiting till I made 25% then took my 25% and continued this way. Now in a healthy profit and enjoy trading in small sums right now. Hoping if I hold out I will be trading a lot more in the future

Re: Investing in ICO, still promising?
by

on 26/10/2017, 07:46:01 UTC
Just watch out for scammers, they are out there. Check out the white paper and the team, always a good indication. In terms of the issue with tokens being worthless, they are only worthless if the ICO fails! A good idea and enough backing and the sky could be the limit, but there are a select few I think will make it.

Re: Where do you find interesting ICO ?
by

All your social media outlets are now a good platform for ICO's and this very forum as you see from the signature campaigns etc. You can also find various websites designed for launches and announcements for pre ICO and launch dates etc
