Aworker is a platform where the candidate's personal data is stored, analyzed and sorted accordingly into a company or organization location through a smart contract. When using this platform, the parties do not spend time and money on recruiting or reviewing ... Create transparency and fairness for all candidates and companies. I believe in this project! The project is meaningful in the real world.
and you need be honest. there will be a history people can validate you....no more lying on the blockchain

historically, such a project has grown only if there was cooperation or a project promoted by someone from famous personalities. you already talked with the sites and channels administrators because while I see an almost complete absence of a HYIP from the project, it's not good.
what crap are u talking? careful using HYIP terminology, they can be considered ponzi. Aworker isnt that but I dont know what u consider HYIP for this project? Suggest u explain or understand we are in a bear market right now. Tokens, as with all crypto wont provide any HYIP until better mainstream adoption.

Im just wondering how the average employee will continue to benefit from this platform/token once theyve landed a job, which they will hopefully be happy to stay in long term?
cant see it personally unless they want to keep their aworker profile updated. This is a rival for linkedin so while they may not get tokens for interviews they may get some for certs or new skills? thats not 100% clear to me if thats the case but may keep the employee involved in the aworker platform to earn more tokens

I sometimes struggle to find the value or use for the token for me. Once I got a job, I wont really need a token anymore, so is the token value really for the recruiters?
part of the value comes from the recruiters, but it doesnt stop when you get a job either, there are ways to increase your work tokens, or improve your reputation etc on the platform, and in this day and age people dont tend to go for long term careers, so this might well lead to a more fluid workforce, where you could dip in and out of jobs easier.linkedin 2.0 on the blockchain
