Well, I guess people started to evacuate to Voot coin since Voot developers promised to release similar features to VIA this week. Don't get me wrong, I guess there is place for both coins here.
The coin is - without a doubt - innovative. Those who are asking what's so special about it just didn't make effort to read the thread.
IPO - if you don't like the coins at this price wait for them to arrive at the exchange and buy them there. Usually coins on the exchange are much cheaper than the ones in IPO, but IPO is good for those who would like huge volume of coins, who don't mind that for some time market price will be way below IPO price and who believe that the coin is good enough for it's price to spike. We don't want here people screaming "I bought the coin for 5X and now it is worth only 1X - that's how it works.

Sorry, but price doubling just after Iconic Expert mentioned Voot is a fact which you can easily check (cross reference date of his tweet with the charts).
He may have nothing to do with the coin itself buy with hyping it definitely yes.
The price jumped from 1000 to 1700 instantly and then slowly went even higher to 2000, 2500 and 2700. Now after he quit it is back to normal. And this is good news, since now it can raise naturally.

Same thing happen to Burnercoin recently - first the guy was pumping the coin, then he started selling off and then abandned the coin.
I am sorry to disappoint you but the money party is already over. This is valuable lesson: never take your tips from anonymous Twitter accounts.
Also, I am hoping that dev will deliver on the promises but I wouldn't be so sure about it. When IconicExpert left Burnercoin (which same as Voot was one of the top volume coins), the volume drastically went down and the innovations stopped - whitepapers happened to be just whitepapers, without any intentions of releasing the features.
I think this is the same story all over again. I wonder which coin he will be pumping next?
But be aware there is no whale manipulating the market - it's just people panic selling after Iconic Expert left.

Yes, VOOT still has a chance to be added if volume will be kept at current levels.

Although I don't condone fudding to scare newcomers into selling, getting burned by these antics is what every newcomer has to endure sadly enough. Back in 2012 I fell into the same traps, it's almost like a rite of passage.
