Hi Everyone,
New here but learning more and more about a variety of coins.
Reason for the post is I understand XRP is not a decentralized coin and the negative feedback around it. With the SEC lawsuit pending claiming Ripple is a currency, I'm looking for insights on the aftermath.
Ultimately, I think we can assume if the SEC does win their suit, 2 things can happen: XRP could be deemed untradeable and/or Larsen & Garlinghouse are hit with fines/penalties etc which could diminish the company/coin but possible they stay afloat.
My question for everyone is if they do win their suit, does the coin soar? I do believe there are technological advantages provided by XRP with the transfer of assets and the ability to partner with banks.
Ideally, I'd just like additional information of what this could potentially mean in either facet.

The funny thing about the U.S government is they said cryptocurrency is not currency, but now they said XRP is a currency. Whatever the hell they're labeling, XRP is a cryptocurrency. This flop flip need to make their own mind from the U.S government is mind boggling.

Arks subreddit is shrinking
arks twitter is now the least active it has been since they created it, and all this whilst being in the next bullrun.
Travis or the other will say "it's about the technology" lol Ark is on it's way out as no one is going to use it because ark can't even communicate with people. They have full time staff for marketing and they can't even hop on twitter and just tweet and get people involved.
Actually funny seeing this all happen now, This is why I keep watching ark, to see how far they can fail loool.
Anyway you guys got to look at the bright side, marketsquare will be launching soon, sometime in 2023.

This look to be exit scam every days, they still have over 3000 bitcoins worth over $100 millions. I think they don't have any reason to bother with the project and the investors, Ark really have no connection with investors.

Forget about these beatches, they don't understand Ark. They're just want hype coins with no blockchain, no wallet, self pumping and back by whales. Ark is none of that, Ark is pure solid blockchain, with greatest wallet of all time, the best dPOS to exist, many years experiences in blockchain team, first interoperability ecosystem blockchain... they want fake pump, fake hype, fake promises Ark is none of that. If they want solid blockchain technology Ark have that.

As someone who was here for the ICO craze of 2017 with tons of people exit scamming on investors I thought I would give some advice to those chasing crazy gains on uniswap. Over the past month or so we have seen crazy gains on uniswap with 100x returns on some projects so it is easy to be sucked into it, but you need to realize most of these listings have not gone through the ICO regulations which means they can just rug pull at any time leaving you with a worthless token. A few days ago NEXE, and NUGS to name a few just vanished after dumping on holders. You will notice most of these token creators like to remain anonymous which is a big red flag. You need to realize anyone can make an erc20 token and list it on uniswap then create a web page with copy and pasted info from other legit projects and throw the word defi in there. With the SEC involvement with ICO's launching that is actually a better thing for investors to hold the token creators accountable making it less likely to have them vanish with your money. In 2017 lots of ICO's did not go through the SEC regulations, but now they all have to or risk jailtime. Some will listen some will play the game and get burned, and some will make crazy returns. I personally think you are better off just holding ETH or buying into a project that went through a traditional ICO. Good luck out there and stay safe!

"Scam and fake exchanges are nothing" No, ark isn't even on any of the main American ones.
Ask yourself this. Ark wouldn't be sitting with such a small marketcap and volume if it had potential. Whales would be buying this coin up...but no they are leaving it as it is. The tokenomics of ark doesn't work, The higher the price the more sell pressure there is going to be. Giving out 20k+ coins every day doesn't help push this price up.
By the time ark gets anything made it's 2 steps behind everyone. They keep trying to reinvent themselves and make crap up just like all of Justins random youtube content and all these other random blogs they are throwing out. It's to show they are busy, but in reality they are just making themselves to the public that they are doing something to the 40 people that watch or read it.
Reality is, Ark has always been too slow, small and oblivious that you need to add value to your coin and increase it's price. Other bigger coins have the money and ability to overshadow ark and do a better job than them now. Good luck but try not to get too hyped in a coin that doesn't even have an office like all the big boys out there.

Bittrex is American exchange.
Tokenomics are for scammers, Ark trying to be useful for enterprise and normal people. They're also trying to perfecting their blockchain the reason for reinventing themselves.
This is 21st century people don't shop at the mall or have office anymore and don't forget this pandemic thing, a strong reason for not having brick and mortar office. This way they could have the best talents around the world.

Feel bad for ark holders. Ark keep this front like they are growing and growing but in reality no one wants to use ark. Ark being a top 10 coin to something like 120 now is just an embarrassment
i think ark is really good actually and it's just they're not heavy on marketing right now. i went to their slack and the guy said most of the exchanges and crypto newspapers asking them outrageous fees to listing ark and write good article for them. remember crypto newspapers like coindesk write good article in crypto only they invest or have free coins in them. i think ark is the one really refused and hard head about these kind of things. they will probably loosen this when things are ready, i think. but hey your first post is when ark at #140 and now is at #120, it improved something don't you think? from all things they have done ark is very good. the first thing i like about ark was universal wallet for their fork chains.

Time for Ark to pump to $1 already! Ark Ecosystem is the only platform that should be worth anything now, way better than Eth with no float, bloat, v2 crap. I can tell you Ark is the first and only true first interoperability blockchain within them self in the world! They have the rights to do so, claiming to be the 1st interoperability with SmartBridge. Blockchain interoperability between Bitcoin or other scams is not possible, if they claimed they can then it's just pure lie. The reason Ark creating Universal wallet, universal blockchain, universal explorer, it's like blockchain, inside blockchain, inside blockchain, inside blockchain but people are just ignoring the power of Ark. Ark is like the god child of Bitcoin you will see. I laughing my ass off when I see the scams top 20.

And this scam blockchain start with A which offer and have nothing then this new guy with the P. What's wrong with people? LOL

The staking is not working correctly at the moment on Ark very few transactions rather a lot the same people going around in circles, currently it is rather an inactive part while waiting for the bull. Do not count on a $ 1 Ark to have money rather wait several years or not. After derrier and boring motivation, no big surprise, it's just a valuable piece to keep as a collector's card.
The reason you're not understand Ark staking. Also Ark staking is the best! No other blockchain can compare.
All 51 delegates staking in round, each delegate go into this round randomly until everyone get to stake then new round would start. This way it would make the attacker not easily target specific delegate and attack them. Each delegate will staking 211 block daily, nothing more and nothing less, unless their node is dead then that delegate would missed those block(s).
