I had initially reached out to live support regarding my coupon with reference number 6506edef4969d000012c93d1, which had been incorrectly settled. Despite my efforts to provide official sources to support my claim, the live support personnel referred to a website called Betsapi, dismissing my request.
Subsequently, when the error on Betsapi was corrected, the live support team maintained their decision and stated that they would not reconsider their position. It is worth noting that they relied on a non-official statistical website as a reference, rather than the official website. Moreover, after the website they had referenced corrected its error, I was blocked from accessing live support.
I would like to express that, overall, I have had a positive experience with Sportsbet. However, I find this particular approach unsettling. There is no concrete evidence or data to support their decision, yet it appears to be based on the premise of 'my word is final,' which I believe is not in line with a fair and transparent customer service.
