After the emergence of the block chain, the concept of centralization and distribution advocated by the block has made many of the central and serious traditional industries see the dawn of change. The lower technical threshold and efficient and transparent operating mechanism make many industries eager for the block chain. In recent years, block chain has begun to appear in many industries other than finance. However, all block chain projects cannot be separated from the largest centralized system -- the Internet, but after the advent of SmartMesh, the situation will be broken.

[2017-11-28]Keiser: Dollar Collapsing Against Bitcoin
by
johnjin
on 28/11/2017, 19:14:38 UTC
With every passing week, Bitcoin seems to surge to new heights amid growing anticipation of widespread mainstream acceptance.

As the price of the founding cryptocurrency continues to soar, influential financial analysts, stock pickers, forecasters and pundits wax lyrical over it’s growing value.

Just a week ago, Russia Today show host Max Keiser speculated that Bitcoin would surge to $100,000 high in the future and now the American has hit out at conventional fiat currencies, which are the current lifeblood of the global economy.

According to RT, Keiser believes that the likes of the dollar will not be able to compete with the rising Bitcoin price.

[2017-11-28]Karpeles Coin: Mt. Gox Founder’s ICO Plans Cause Community Outrage
by
johnjin
on 28/11/2017, 19:08:37 UTC
In a blog post, Karpeles completely dismissed the creditors by expressing his intentions to pay out the minimum amount possible and keeping the majority of the 202,000 Bitcoins.

“Mt. Gox’s bankruptcy should have been a rather boring and long process. Long, because there are many creditors (24,750 people submitted claims as Mt. Gox customers) and because some people are trying to get a part of the cake despite having been rejected by the trustee (CoinLab). Now, far from being boring, this bankruptcy is setting a new kind of precedent. Indeed, the assets held by Mt. Gox when it entered liquidation bankruptcy included some 202,000 BTC, which now have a worth at today’s rate much higher than the sum of all non-erroneous claims filed against Mt. Gox,” wrote Karpeles.

In addition to that, Karpeles introduced his plans to conduct an initial coin offering (ICO) to raise $245 mln to “revive” Mt. Gox. The plans of Karpeles are illogical and delusional to a certain extent, given that Korbit, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the world, was recently acquired for $140 mln by $10 bln gaming giant Nexon.

Re: Vitalik Lays Out Ethereum 2.0 Roadmap In Taiwan
by
johnjin
on 27/11/2017, 14:46:23 UTC
The statement from Buterin began with a sort of tongue-in-cheek commentary on the many Ethereum replacements that have come on the market in recent months.
Buterin continued by describing the four areas where he sees a need for improvement on the current Ethereum platform. These were privacy, consensus safety, smart contract safety and scalability.
For each of the first three, the Ethereum co-founder sees a solution that is actively developing. In the area of privacy, the Byzantium hard fork has created the ability for zk-SNARKs, a solution that Vitalik sees as a viable one with continued implementation. For consensus safety, the recent development, nicknamed ‘Casper,’ should bring solutions, and for smart contract safety, Viper and formal verification can produce real solutions.
