So my apollo 2 with the first MCU doesn’t work properly anymore. It was working like a charm until now.
Tried multiple reflash ( beta version , current ect )  … : it starts show up in the network access to the dashboard and start mining properly, node is synchronizing and then few minutes later disappear from the network seems to mine but in nowhere ??
It seems there is some network issues or something like that ? Like a firewall on the Apollo os ?

Apollo OS v2.0.5 image releases are out:

https://github.com/jstefanop/apolloapi-v2/releases/tag/v2.0.5

Anyone with OTA upgrade issues can upgrade with this reflash, this is the first non beta stable release that will be officially pushed to all Apollo BTC users still on the old UI. Everyone that has not tested the beta now is the time to upgrade!

After a lot of updates from the gui without success to reach the dashboard and I just flashed the fresh released image and …. Same behavior can’t reach the dashboard ( cleared the cache of all my browser, tried on differents computers phones ect … ) seems that a firewall problem ? I haven’t got any issues with the 2.0.4 beta …
I have an MCU1

Anyone had a successful flash to 2.0.5? I'm a bit weary to upgrade until others report some success, don't have time currently to stuff around reflashing SD cards

It seems it's worked for me because the node is running and the solo mining works.. but i can't reach the dashboard via the browser. Didn't test to plug the apollo directly by hdmi.

Good morning.  Perhaps covered elsewhere but could not readily find a resolution.
Got my Apollo II plugged in a few days ago and sync'ed to the current block but mining function is getting error message of [GraphQL error]: Message: Int cannot represent non 32-bit signed integer value: 4445094100
Any insight as to how to resolve?
Thank you.

Updated to 2.0.4 if you have not already done so. There is also another overflow bug that is fixed in 2.0.5 (out in the next few days) but a reboot will fix this temporarily.

FYI this is just a UI bug (everything in the backend miner/node is still working fine).

Hi, is 2.0.5 out yet? If so, can you please share the DL link? I'm running the Apollo 2 node so would need to reflash to that.

Should have this out today/tomorrow.

I updated the os from the dashboard it seems to have worked but now I can’t reach the dashboard …

⭐ Merited by OgNasty (2) ,vapourminer (1)
So I ordered a standard Apollo II and this is my 6 unit from Futurebit. ( moonlanders, Apollo LTC, Apollo Btc) some fries from the 6 pins connectors later.. and my full node first batch just stopped hashing 3 months ago .. still don’t know why ….

HERE you have a cool hack :

I converted a standard Apollo II into a full node version with the first MCU ! Porn pics here :

Hello,

Is that possible to create an highdiff port on the solo pool ? ( i lurked on the ckpool github doesn't find it )

We will add options to solo UI for this in future updates, but for now you would need to edit the ckpool.conf file (opt/apolloapi/backend/ckpool/ckpool.conf) and add the following line to change the start diff

 "startdiff": 8000,

So after multiples tries :

It seems that when you modify the ckpool.conf the pool won't start and i saw that the pool set a diff to 1 but it stay to 42 when it works..
It seems that the diff is set by the miner or there is a bug between the two settings ...

So i find the way:

- Stop the miner in the apollo-miner folder with miner_stop.sh
then -go to the ckpool folder stop the pool  with ckpool_stop.sh  modify the ckpool.conf with the "startdiff": disired and then start the pool with ckpool_start.sh
and now it will set the disired  diff !!!!

Hello so I flashed the new os 2 on my Apollo mcu1 seems to work. No hashrate from my dashboard like I said on support by email.

I have a question is that possible to point other miners on my own solo node for the solo mining or it’s exclusive for the Apollo ?

Hi your dashboard is showing 0 hashrate?

Yes you can point any Bitcoin miner to the solo pool. The LAN address is shown in the solo pool page, and you can also port forward 3333 to your LAN address so you can access the solo pool from your WAN address.

Yes I opened a ticket support they asked me to open the ssh port to check the hashboard im waiting for a response but I’m shure you’re all in the rush to bring us the new Apollo 2 Smiley

I tried to point my 2pacs and my compacsf but doesn’t seems to work… put the stratum that is shown and my bitcoin adress I will try to port forward to perhaps it will work like this !

The solo mining part works both locally and externally if you port forward correctly! Smiley

Make sure that your using the following in your cgminer code
Code:
stratum+tcp://YOURLOCALIPADDRESS:3333 -u YOURBITCOINADDRESS -p x

That’s exactly what I made and nothing happens on cgminer …

Since I forwarwed the port all seems to work flawlessly ! And to point another miner on the node on your local network use: Ip of the miner:3333 for ex : 192.168.1.xx:3333

Hello everyone!
So I received my full package.
Here are the issues I have :
- The led mining in front of the miner is not working ( badly soldered ) but Thats not really an issue.
- The dashboard doesn’t show the informations says internal error fetching stats.
To see the stats you need to connect the unit on a screen And connect on the armbian  system.

Tips for those who wants to point it on mining rig rentals in the stratum information put the rig port instead of the standard port it seems to work. But i get a rental And the mining software seems to crash…
