as far i know, coinex wont list coin which the dev is unknown,
so you might think again about it, or ask coinex support about listing parameters

This is  very promising project.  Low transaction fee,  it also help to bridge the gap between cryptocurrency and fiat.  Meanwhile,  the security of an individual which is one of the advantages of cryptocurrency,  will it not be exposed?
