You have any specific exchanges in mind?  More exchanges does not always lead to more value.

is doge coin still worth investing?

no, this is just a meme coin, nothing more

dogecoin is most popular coin that use on every exchange also small exchange and biggest exchange .

i real love dogecoin .

I've definitely used it to transfer funds between exchanges before.  I wonder if there's a way to somehow make it the official means of inter-exchange value transfer?

Re: [ANN] Zettelkasten - ZETTEL, coin with new hashalgo - CPU-mineable (for a while)
by

Like what you are trying to do, but 10 hours in and you have 33MH/s network hash rate, when a typical i5 will give about 100kH/s, so either there are about 300 individual PCs mining or you didn't account for botnets and farms.

Also, running my CPU at 80-90% utilization is not great.

Will come back if this becomes GPU mineable, until then, you're in the hands of the cpu farms my friend.

I don't think CPU farms (or in the future GPU farms) are to be blamed.
They are just part of nature.
And good for them to achieve that high hash rate.
That's not the problem.

The real problem I see while looking through the IP-addresses of 500 connections (4 full nodes each fully occupied with 125 incoming connections) is that such CPU farms let each of their computers make a separate connection with an outside full node, so I often see 5 times, 6 times.... 8 times the same IP (but with different port) within the same full node using up available connections that could serve many more people instead.

That's the reason why so many complain about not being able to sync.
Because that is what takes away much needed open connections from everyone else,
and it also doesn't even really serve the CPU farms themselves.
They could just as easily have similar results by having all their local nodes in a local network and connect all of them with just one full node (well-connected to the outside) and still achieve the same results regarding block propagation and hash rate. This kind of local centralization might even help them reduce orphan generation (all their sub-nodes will know at the exact same time that work of a new height has to be calculated).

So I think I'm going to try the following:

I will add some functionality that will allow full node operators to set a limit to how often the same IP is allowed to have incoming connections with them.
Full nodes will then be able to automatically deny incoming connections from IPs they already have a set amount of connections with.
Something like...

Code:
setmaxconnectionsfromIP=2

Hmm.... let's see if something like this is already hidden in the code somewhere... those bitcoin devs have lots of stuff lying around in there... lol

while i support the idea, you will essentially block some VPNs here. which I guess is okay. we should move this to telegram or discord though.

+1 I support the idea of limiting IP connections.  People with CPU mining farms behind a single router will lose out, and maybe there will be other stuff to complain about.  But think about this:

Right now, in crypto, you can only get value from being DIFFERENT.  Obviously we cannot predict if limiting connections from an IP is good or bad, but you have almost nothing to lose from trying it.  Maybe it will prove to be a big solution to stopping concentration of mining power.

On Discord some guy said he's working on AMD miner, but it could be a few days (of course, someone else might release one sooner).

My mining rig runs MUCH more stable on x16s than x16r.  On x16r I'd have to restart my miner several times a day.  No restarts yet on x16s.

That being said, it seems like RVN has a pretty big team and a huge following.  What will PGN do to achieve the same thing?  Is x16s going to excite people enough to overcome RVN's popularity?

The tokens already listed on Etherdelta and Forkdelta but there's no whitepaper, roadmap, or development team details available yet

It might be a good idea to make some of this information available to attract investors

Agree.  Are there any unique features to this token?

Too much coin supply in my opinion

The coin has been around for a long time (many months, compared to most other MN coins that are only 1 month old).  That will make for low starting ROI, but a low starting ROI will avoid the usual pump and dump of MN coins.  Sure the value will start out low, but that lets us build upward, instead of downward like other coins.

"A working wallet for Windows, OSX, and Linux" - glad to hear wallets will be multi-platform at launch, and also that you will not sell coins before launch.  Also nice to see a Copper account, shows you understand the importance of being able to communicate.  These are factors that make it less likely to be a scam (though obviously one can never be sure with all the MN launches these days).

Its too bad this coin doesn't have much visibility.  A Multi-Algo MN coin is pretty cool.

I don't understand - we must now exchange our GCE2Q for GBRP?
Maybe a little explanation about the difference between the 2 different coins would be in order....

Their are NOT 2 coins.

GBRP is the issuing account
GCE2 was being used as the distribution account

I am sure everyone know the difference between the 2 words.

People know what those words mean in English, BUT NOT IN THE CONTEXT OF A CRYPTOCURRENCY.

What is the difference between "issuing" a token and "distributing" a token?

Let me be clear: your coin is not going to survive if there are two different versions of it floating around.

WHICH VERSION OF THE TOKEN SHOULD WE BE BUYING/SELLING/TRADING/HOLDING?  It makes no sense to think we should be using different ones, GCE2Q or GBRP, based on the platform.  PICK ONE, convert EVERYONE to the SAME ONE, and use THAT ONE.

Tell us which one, now please.

THEIR IS NO 2 TOKENS

ISSUING ACCOUNT: THE ACCOUNT THATS ISSUE THE TOKEN
DISTRIBUTION: THE ACCOUNT THAT DISTRIBUTES IT. WE USED THE GCE ACCOUNT AS IT WAS ON INTERSTELLAR AND MUCH QUICKER TO CONFIRM TRUSTLINE WITH. IT IS NOT A SECOND TOKEN!

THEIR IS ONLY 1, I REPEAT IN ENGLISH ONLY 1 CHARNA TOKEN.

GCE WAS AN ACCOUNT ON INTERSTELLAR USED TO DISTRIBUTE. THAT WAS ALL. IT WAS NOT A 2ND CHARNATOKEN

That helps to clarify a little, thank you, but the final ultimate question remains:  which one should we, your users/customers, be holding?  Should I be holding the GCE one that my swap was given to?  Or should I be holding the GBRP one, meaning I must swap again with your team?

Re: [ANN][SMART] SmartCash POW with Instant Payment + SmartRewards + SmartNodes
by

There are some issues with the wallet that need to be addressed, it takes longer to sync than the Bitcoin wallet with a fraction of the history. Bootstrapping causes crashes 2/3 times. It is not in a reliable state.

SMARTCASH IS A SCAM!!!!

So it got transferred finally in 3 hours. And guess what !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[1] they have resumed withdrawal NOW on cryptopia after 20 days, but suspended deposits on all the other exchanges (hitbtc, coinexchange etc.). So one can not exchange it with BTC or sell it.

[2] earlier they suspended all the coins with usual traders execpt for those owned by the developers. This created a fake demand supply gap, the price shot upto 3.4$ per coin. Developers got rid of their stocks became instant muliti-millionaires at the cost of common investors.

[3] Now wheever they open deposits on all the exchanges, the market is going to crash due to over supply, and SmartCash bastard developers dont care as they are already reach and have dumped their SmartCash at sky-high prices
.

SMARTCASH IS A SCAM!!!!

Interesting..... You should know that I am owed over 100,000+ smart coins and the devs have taken from me.  They have not addressed this issue.  Only the hardworking volunteer viet is tryin to help but the devs are ignoring him also.

I was beginning to suspect the same myself tbh. The fact that this coin has such an absolute massive supply of coins and managed to hit over 3 dollars with such a short time being launched should be a obvious HUGE red flag. This coin does absolutely nothing new or innovative. It focuses so much on "rewarding the holders" that it has no real depth. Is the goal of this coin literally to generate more money to holders?? Makes no sense... Oooowee "smart hive" lol come on now.. It all seems really shady. The price surge happened due to exchanges locking up coins and deposits and what not causing people to FOMO buying overpriced coins (that the devs probably sold off) because the node calc says they'll "make $250" a day when in reality they'll be lucky to make 5 when the price corrects itself down to where it should be.

something does not add up.

I just finished the chart and basically dismantle a portion of many masternodes out there and I have a feeling that there is an over supply of smartcash coin.
take in consideration
Supply 5 billion with a B
POW how many rewards per block
How many blocks per minuter or hour
How many coins per masternodes
POS rewards
VOLUME and Exchanges
and many other things that I would like to share with you today but it is work that I consider to apply to my next investments.
here is to hoping that I am wrong.
I really like smartcash
Cheers.

Hope I'm wrong. Stop crashing... someone please hit the breaks!

That pump to $3+ was definitely weird, but I am invested too so I guess I selfishly hope this is a real project not a scam.
