I don't believe there is only one coin worth investing. Ignoring some minor releases, most important coins right now, all of them, have some advantages and flows.

Best way is the diversification of the portfolio. Just get few different altcoin. This way you are safe and can take advantages for being early adopter.

From what I saw everything looks fine. Some bitcoin based hedge found was created and china (china is only 7% of bitcoin volume) exchanges finally are moving offshore. Everything is going in right direction.
