[ANN] Binarium |GhostRider| Cryptocurrency protected from ASICs
by
joker
on 16/10/2024, 15:13:32 UTC
Binarium is our first major blockchain project. It is basically a fork of Raptoreum, which was a fork from Dash, which was a fork from Bitcoin.

Why did we chose this fork ? Because of it’s mining algorithm first of all due to it’s capabilities to reject ASIC which are very known to consume a lot of power.

Our team believes that POW is more fair way of coin distribution.
But you can stake your coins just by making an internal transactions within your wallet.

Note: You don't need to send your coins to someone else wallet.

Thanks to staking with SmartNodes mechanism, you contribute to the security and decentralisation of the Blockchain network.
The higher the percentage of staked assets in the network, the more difficult it is to attack it.

In case you need help in deploying SmartNodes We have detailed document on our
website.

Our team believes SmartNodes is better than POS as all transactions are verified by
miner yet you can stake your coins without locking them.

The idea is simple: a coin that helps people earning assets while mining and staking using the Binarium features.

Each Mined block offers 5000 Binariums, from this

75% goes to the miner
20% goes to the smartnodes
5% goes to the developers to maintain the network.

The Binarium blockchain has already integrated private wallets where the balance can be hidden directly from the wallet.
The smartnodes are accessible directly from the wallet as well.

CPU Friendly

GhostRider algorithm is both CPU/GPU Minable but CPU's are more efficient for mining Binarium.

Smartnodes

Smartnodes are used to handle smart contracts, and provide 51% \ double spend protection. In addition this allows:

- Larger allowed contract size.
- Greater variety of programming languages can be used.
- Removes the scaling issues and large increase in gas tx fees.

Do you agree Earth having one Government, one president and one language. I believe this would happen in the future. Do you think this is possible?

⭐ Merited by Vasilije69 (10)
I've got an almost new 8330 BlackBerry Curve for Sprint. This device was used for less than 30 days and wasn't used again. It is in perfect working condition with some tiny scratches on the back as shown in the picture but nothing much at all. I don't have the box or this could most likely pass as a new device. This will come with the BlackBerry, the charger, black rubber/silicone case and a 1gb sd card.

3.5 BTC including shipping to CONUS

Re: 5830's, what mh/s are you getting?

I have 3 Sapphires running 975core/600mem/stock voltage and they all crank out 292-295mhash/s. For some reason when I drop the memory clock lower than 600 the card locks up. I'm using MSI AB.

I did some more tuning with MSI AB on each card individually instead of the "synchronize like gpus" setting. I found that I only have 1 card that won't go below 450 memory without crashing. The other 2 will easily go down to 300. The core clock on the 3 has been adjusted to 1000mhz. Actually output now is 309.6mhash/s using VECTORS BFI_INT FASTLOOP=false AGGRESSION=12 WORKSIZE=256 -k phatk inside of GUIMiner.

Sorry about that, seems to be a security mesurement that gone haywire.
It's fixed now. (It banned IP's when they started to appear on multiple accounts, and then it mistakenly banned 172.16.0.254 - which is our gateway)

Thanks for addressing this. I'm able to log in now. But unfortunately I now get an Internal Server Error while trying to withdraw BTC :-(

I can't withdraw either. I don't get an error just a plain white page.

Gigabyte GA-870A-UD3
Great quality. Have to use extender tho.
I have it, and love it. (runs caseless, in a custom wood cards riser)

I've seen where the PCIe "extender" or "riser" cable is mentioned in builds, but I'm not able to find one on Newegg. Can you suggest a source?

Cablesaurus.com

x2

I'm running 3 of their pcie extender cables without any issues. Fast shipping too.

Re: 1000W PSU on Newegg for $110 today!
by

on 07/07/2011, 05:29:34 UTC
enermax and corsair are way too expensive to justify. I am totally for getting a solid psu for your mining rig, but those are borderline ripoff.

I use the coolermaster silent pro certified that's half the cost and never had any problems with them.

i have a computer w\ a 600w coolermaster and if i hook up more than 1 gpu, it starts smelling like burning.

I had a psu start to smell like that when I put the 3rd card on it.... so I left it running to see how long it lasted. Well let's just say in a few hours I was getting my RMA #.
