Why are you even requesting to remove the ban in your account in the first place if you are breaking another forum rule right now? You can't create or use another account while your other account is banned, what you are doing is ban evasion as stated here in the Unofficial list of (official) Bitcointalk.org rules, guidelines, FAQ :

But even this one you still didn't follow as you have posted several other posts outside of the Meta section. So why will we believe that you will read and follow the rules if you have broken your promise as of right now? And now that i've using is newly created account just for asking to the updates . You can view my post of this account. only meta post. My intention is to unbanned only my account and have second chance but others make my image bad to the moderator even they don't know the situation and just criticize me.

I highly doubt he considers copy/pasters his friends. In fact, he's my favourite Mod now for banning all reported plagiarism on a daily basis!
