Unless you go and check the company for yourself you can never find out if they have a real product or not because the market is full of projects with fake and copied products but they fake it so well that many people actually belive it. If you want projects with real products then go elsewhere and look for them because you will have a hard time finding them in ICOs

They have a product ready now, so this shows me something already

Re: Crypto as a payment method for goods: what to expect in 2019
by
jonahjonah
on 22/05/2019, 21:04:36 UTC
Hi guys.
I'm wondering what's your opinion on the goods purchased in currencies other than euros or dollars, say crypto. I'm aware it's being used as a regular currency in various fields now. There are, for instance, lots of successfully run marketplaces based on crypto out there.
Over the past year, the market capitalization within crypto soared to the Moon.  Unfortunately, it's been a bear trend for a while now and no one can say for sure when it's gone. However, I am still thinking there's some light at the end of the tunnel - new market, pretty few competitors, great potential. So it's high time to become an active user.

So that begs the questions: Your thoughts on crypto as a payment method? Any progress achieved in the upcoming year?

I think Yanu token makes cocktail purchaces very easy to use and understand, plus they have a strong project with a real product

Sorry for english (google translate).   New account (hope that they will pay).

22/05 Yesterday I created the same topic.  wrote a personal message to the CEO @ Coinrizon.com @CoinrizonKev and that, strangely enough, the answer immediately followed.  ( and started distributing tokens to the participants ).  several payments.  after deleting my post from the bitcointalk forum, payments stopped. ( if it can be called payments ).  https://etherscan.io/address/0x00dc6ec7d735e34598ecc9d2917ee8d12aa22fad#tokentxns

Total Budget of 40,000,000 JOOS tokens.  of which only 3 campaigns were conducted  (Twitter: 25% - 10,000,000 JOOS  Content: 25% - 10,000,000 JOOS  Telegram: 10% - 4,000,000 JOOS).

Spreadsheet - https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1sPIaQGasHBROU9Vfe4LHCF6e1RzJUh6D5P8Y8bG7dC4/edit#gid=418409683

the message that was published yesterday, then deleted.

21/05  Hello. I am a member of the bounty campaign JOOS. The campaign was over 11/02/2019. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5085580.msg49686701#msg49686701 A bounty campaign was conducted by the Coinrizon.com campaign.
Next comes a couple of months of silence. Last post by bounty manager April 05, 2019 https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5085580.msg50464694#msg50464694  Then silence again.
There are no answers to the questions about the distribution in the bounty chat. https://t.me/coinrizon

The following is a response from the CEO @Coinrizon.com @CoinrizonKev in the main telegram chat: 24/04 http://prntscr.com/nqu39k

After 2 weeks, the message from @CoinrizonKev again in the main telegram chat that the distribution began 06/05: http://prntscr.com/nqu6yq
there is no payment. message 08/05 that payments are currently being made: http://prntscr.com/nqu8up  there is no payment.
the next message from 15/05: http://prntscr.com/nquc0z  there is no payment.

further @CoinrizonKev confirms that the tokens for payment were received. 15/05: http://prntscr.com/nqudrh
message 16/05 about what they pay right now. http://prntscr.com/nqufbm  there is no payment.

the next message 16/05: http://prntscr.com/nqug4s there is no payment.

The telegram channel administrator wrote a message that the payments were made to the participants of the bounty campaign and the hunters sell their tokens as there was a sharp price drop. After the message of one of the campaign participants that the tokens were not received, the message was deleted.

Then silence comes again. Messages with questions about awards are deleted, members are blocked. PM do not respond.

If the campaign is not a lot of participants it turns out you do not have to pay?
Bounty managers want to improve their financial condition at the expense of bounty hunters?

I am sorry to hear about this situation, many bounties have the same problem and I have dealed with this also. But I have found Yanu.ai bounty that is very legit and no scam. Plus the project is very strong

I have seen many new projects this year with tangible products. Some don't even conduct ICO and they're doing well. I can still remember Serve and Chimpion projects, they both have products and they don't even conduct ICO or IEO.

That's great to know, thank you!
Very much same with the Yanu project, since I read from the whitepaper that ICO was created only to get the product done faster, which they have done thankfully.

Re: Upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs

As bitcoin is on its bull-run phase, more money will be poured into the market. ICOs/IEOs will be consequently benefited from that. This has been proven in 2017's end. Do you guys have any recommendations for upcoming potential ICOs/IEOs? Give some explanation for your choice if possible.

Roght now there is https://yanu.ai/ IEO going on at the ExMarexts Launchpad. The reason why I recommend this is because they have a real product, the prototype is ready, the token holds great value and the robot unit will have a lot of exposure around the world.

Some projects have products but very few are working. PundiX has the POS product which has been showcased in a few scenarios as usable.   Steemit has a working product which is the steemit blog for publishing articles. Just to mention a few, but there are other projects with cool products although not yet adopted.
if the project has real products, it will be easier to advertise it, right? because many people will know more about the product so people will be more interested if the product is in accordance with consumers.
but not always the project that has the product is good because it depends on the product.

Yes, that is true. I saw that they have the prototype ready, so soon it will be seen by millions of people so lot of exposure

Hy all. How are you.Do you have a long-term plan for cryptocurrency investment? What are your plans, Is it only to gain profits in the future? Or you have hope and other dreams. Thank you very much.

I am looking for the experience, which in Yanu.ai case, would be sitting in their robot bar and having my cocktails with great discount.

I also wish to know before or when a projects start if they will make a real product, but mostly coins not have a real product, but maybe on future this will change and will appear some good projects.
a good project will certainly have a real product. some projects that have developed certainly have product development that is supported by the community. but what I know in the development of their products, most projects require a very long time.

I am keeping an eye on the roadmap dates and the first prototype of the robot should be ready by the end of May, so we'll see the truth reveal then Smiley

I don't like yanu ,its too good to be true ,how can A.I robots be the ones serving as bar tender ? Are we in 2289 futuristic world? Many A.I projects are dead now because there is really no real A.I anywhere as they claim

Prototype should be ready by the end of May as they say, we'll see then. I am interested to see how they manage to pull this together, so far the update news have been good Cheesy

Well, I think the days of no product companies are disappearing.
After last years crash, I would say that basically all of those no product companies have disappeared or become irrelevant.

Take a look at the top 100, it's very different then before.
Yes, some of the same coins are there, but just a year ago, 80% of the top 100 coins were all speculative and didn't have a working product.
Now, almost all of them have a product now.

This is a huge sign that the market has matured and investors are more demanding.
This is a good thing.

Wild speculation is what drove the crypto market to crazy heights.
But it was also what made it crash so bad.

Interesting point of view. Thank you for sharing.

Hello everybody!

I found this project called Yanu that has a real product coming out soon and the project seems promising.
I haven't been so up-do-date with other crypto project, so I started wondering if there are any other crypto projects that have or will have a product in the future?

So what would be the use of the yanu product? Regarding your question there are lots of existing project already that have a working product. Platforms, exchanges, gambling sites and AI Big data products.

It is an AI bartender that serves drinks, handles payments, identifies and communicates with clients.

And thank you for the reply, I did mean a product in physical form, should've clarified it in the subject Cheesy

A lot of crypto and blockchain projects frequently claimed to have working products. so far I have discovered that there are numerous projects that have these claims which are false. they have a reason to make an item to sell however they never actually produce the product. they have truly understood their idea or not on the grounds that despite the fact that I like an idea like that yet I never pursued and observed it.
Cryptocurrency has to be more than coins just trading on exchange & real products are important

Yes I agree with you. That's where I got the question from. I see Yanu CEO giving mothly updates to the project and that gives me a lot of security to knot what they do is real.

if you encounter a new project and according to you the project is good, you must keep up with the movement of the project and if you are sure the project is of quality you may be able to join it by investing your money.

Yes, that's excactly what I have been doing with Yanu, because the promises are good, but i wanted to see if they deliver. And the product is said to be ready, so far so good Cheesy

So just gave a call to someone i knew he was interested since few weeks ago in my girlfriends car, and just sold it for 2000€..nearly 13 ETH at this prices..
maybe for others it is not a lot of money..but for us, it is..no more money left, and living with my parents! hahaha
yes i STILLL BELIEVE IN CRYPTO.. the best is still out there to come in the next 2 years i think..  so with a pair of.. I am  ALL IN  Grin

wish me good luck

(please dont follow the same behaviour unless you are as mad as me and ready to loose it all)

--------

update 9/dec

Many of you say i am crazy or stupid and i should be shaking right now... but you are very wrong.. in fact, I am absolutely not nervous or worried. if you read my later posts, you will find i invested my ETH on 4 altcoins, and the value in ETH (not in US$) didnt changed  much for these coins.  Anyway, i assume risks and consequences. ANd the big difference among us, is i am not a mercenary like many of you, that just followed the hype.. i am talking about them who are here for few fast bucks, .. i am different because i am for the longterm as i BELIEVE in blockchain.. and i didnt took this decision as if i was blind or stupid! I did my propper research long time ago, and strongly think crypto will be a standard in the future.. maybe not tomorrow, or next week, or month.. also not next year.. i am not in a hurry!  i think i got everything i need to live...it took most of my life to realize material things wont make me happier.. i dont need much anymore because i found i was already happy  Grin .. I am not interested about lambos, mansions,... I am more interested in a more fair world for everyone. The big fishes (venture capital, banks...) have their profits being cutted, and this makes me really happy! Our life quality will improve in the longterm.. almost everything will be public, transparent and fair...

We are going to close the year. I would like to share this list of pirated exchanges. After viewing the data, consider how and where you store your Bitcoins.

Since 2011 have stolen millions of dollars from exchanges, account theft, security breaches, phishing, some recovered others filed for bankruptcy. The solution adopted by governments to improve security is to implement more stringent and regulatory policies.

This is a list exchanges hacked 2011/2018, I hope I do not have to update this year.

Read this several minutes ago. We must be vigilant on what we are investing and must do some research or study first if the project that we wanted to join is legit or not. So sad that there are some ICOs who are just making money for their own sake. Because of this issues, people becomes scared of cryptocurrencies and thinks that other cryptos that are legit are scams too.

http://www.livebitcoinnews.com/denaro-ico-raises-8-7m-and-goes-up-in-smoke/

Absolutely agree with you. Its important to do your research, check the team and see if team is in schedule with their roadmap. Also I value projects with real products like https://yanu.ai/, where the CEO does monthly updates and the first prototype will be ready by the end of May  Smiley

Re: Arguments against XRP, the biggest shitcoin.
by
jonahjonah
on 15/05/2019, 17:18:38 UTC
The positive news about bitcoin will bring lots of newbies to crypto and they will look for interesting coins for investments. Let's give some useful advice that they don't make wrong decisions and we show them the best coins of crypto.
To be prepared it's also important to know the dangerous shitcoins and avoid them.

The biggest shitcoin is Ripple's XRP and here are the most important TOP 5 points you need to know why XRP is a terrible coin:

  • XRP has not a decentralised blockchain, XRP is centralised and is often called the coin of banks. This is bad because the banks are keeping their centralisation + power and get even richer.
  • XRP is 100% premined and that is part of the centralization problem.
  • The team of Ripple own almost 70% of all XRP, which is unethical.
  • The coin XRP is useless if Ripple decides to change the system (that's possile and can happen when Ripple has made enough profit for the team or the banks want it).
  • The market and the media are manipulated by Ripple with fake news: https://www.cryptonewsz.com/the-army-of-xrp-is-a-pack-of-bots-finds-out-an-analyst/11873/
and a large number of user comments on the internet are not from normal users, it's paid from Ripple to manipulate the people. XRP marketing can be compared to BCash marketing spreading lies.

Please everyone, if you have more warnings to add, please comment!  Smiley

I don't have any more warnings, but I totally agree with you. Glad to see like-minded people. Ripple is shitcoin! Cheesy
