Arizn tokenized crowd funding would function like an Equity-based crowdfunding.

Meaning to say, an existing business is selling portions of the business to have a secured funds. In return,  when the business gains profit, investors gain too.

This idea is great especially for very potential businesses that lack funds.

There are lots of great businesses that didn't succeed simply because of lack in funds, with Arizn problems will be solved.

I agree and disagree with you 50%-50%. I agree with you that tokenization is a possible disadvantage but not on the security aspect. I think tokenization would make transaction more secured. Its disadvatage is the cost in encryption process. For large number of transaction this is very costly and might be shouldered by consumers.

Smart contract in etherium blockchain is one of the main features of Arizn. That would be great! Automation of transactions, safety, and precision are main advantages of this contract. Howeve, smart contract has these disadvatages: transaction time and cost. Hoping that disadvantages will be resolve in few months.

I agree with you guys. Sometimes internet connection is the problem. But, with PWA apps you can work offline the apps. This one of the great thing about PWA. Expecting to change the usual things for the better.

I agree with you Julianito that  wave's decentralized exchange makes it accessible together with DEX which is fast, secured and easy to use. SCE using this platform makes it a better environment.

Absolutely right! Progressive Web Apps have some great features, such as, they are fast and realible. They load instantly and respond quickly. They very user friendly. Increase user engagement capability. Developers are really working on these.
