Hey everyone, wanted to let you guys low that I finally received my coins. This was accomplished by just being a general dick, and emailing the fuck out of support. I probably sent over 20 emails to rachel, Seth, Charlie, and even one to coinapult. I also emailed zipzap.
Not sure what's really going on with them, they have been acting kind of shady - ill just leave it at that.

never using the direct to bitcoin address again either.

Jordan, they're trying their best. There is plenty of other people with this issue including myself, I know we all want our coins, but patients is a virtue!!

Sorry, but this entire issue pisses me off. Don't re-enable the direct to bitcoin address option if it still doesn't work - they should have been 1000% sure that this option functioned correctly. This entire issue stands in stark contrast to BitInstant...
Am i supposed to apologize for being concerned about $500 dollars just floating in cyberspace?

Still nothing yet got CC'd into a message between Rachael and Ira.  I hope this error message doesn't mean I have to wait till March 11, but even that is better than losing my coins.  "The Bitcoin address and Bitcoin-to-email options are temporarily offline for system updates. These options should be back up on Monday, March 11. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience while we run these upgrades.?  -  BitInstant

I also got CC'd into a message between Rachael and Ira. "Hi Ira,

These orders failed to connect to coinapult. Could you please push these through on your end? I've cc'd the customer in case you need any additional information."

I better get these coins by tomorrow - I'll be absolutely enraged if they hold them until the 11th.

I'm having problems as well. Sent over 1500 dollars through zipzap > bitcoin address with three different transactions of 500.00. initially only one of them came through, and i woke up this morning and another 500 was in my blockchain; however i am still missing the last 500. bitinstant support has failed to respond since last night, so i have no way to check the status of the last 500 dollars. I really hope they respond soon.
