Re: Does bounty still kind of worth on 2020?
by
joshua123
on 27/08/2020, 03:57:34 UTC
Recently, many bounties have good criteria and will pay according to their promises. I have analyzed several aspects of the assessment. one of them is the bounty held by Idena.
Yes cartesi, dia, oikos, are the top projects Ive seen performing good on the market and they all have bounty here on forum. Sometimes it just a matter of good research before you can land on a good project. I am expecting a good outcome for my signature but also taking a risk provided the team is anonymous. But the concept is good and must have potential.

Re: looking to the future of crypto
by

Seeing the development of new projects that have sprung up recently has people experiencing a motion of no confidence in crypto. because many projects do not have good long-term prospects. they just want to get profit alone regardless of the losses of others and do not develop it. have you ever thought that

what is your opinion?
Those tokens and coins are shitcoins. You can eventually see them a lot on different market especially on uniswap.  You can see a project that are born today and simply die days from trading start. Better to bet your money on old projects that has proven their stability.

Re: BOUNTY PAYMENT MATTERS
by
joshua123
on 26/08/2020, 03:55:11 UTC
Bounty promotion is only for the strong, I haven't seen a good project that uses escrow to pay bounty hunters this year and that the token start surging, most escrow projects I see are all nonsense projects, Cartesi bounty don't use escrow, even oikos is the same too
There is a manager name julerz12 who uses escrow for payment. Even its altcoin project he managed to secure the bounty funds. But I read on the service section that he will rest for a while due to busy schedule and personal matter. Oikos and cartesi are good spotted campaigns do hope I participated on those good projects.

Re: (DEFI) YAM! YAM! YAM! a scam?
by

on 26/08/2020, 03:31:04 UTC
What more strange is, YAM project is listed on the top 10 DeFi projects on some rating site.
We should more careful about new DeFi projects because many projects has turned into DeFi project to get more investors.
There is a new version of yam. The yam2 and its price is higher, we cant do anything about these defi release even the yfi has a lot of copy paste projects that turns out to be expensive projects. I think we should be careful on every project that launches defi. Most of them are money grabber and not trusted at all.

Re: Non DeFi projects starts going DeFi
by
joshua123
on 26/08/2020, 03:20:52 UTC
Be suspicious of any projects that just decide to implement DeFi all of a sudden when DeFi wasn't implemented in the project's features from the beginning, this is nothing but a way to take advantage of DeFi Hypes going on nowadays, if you are a deep crypto fan like myself you should be seeing few old projects that aren't DeFi from birth and start talking about implementing DeFi feature, I'm 100% against this act as it's unclean and dangerous
This is correct. All of the defi hypes has been seen in the last few weeks. Most of the projects are entering the defi zone which on their platform is surely not on their concept. Im not so sure how the market would react to this but for some very observant this is really not good stand for crypto. The scammers will take advantage of this just to gain price up. Too many small time project has runaway and investors and traders loses their money.

Re: STC the first educational token

Lets take its legit but this kind of project are never gonna be on competition with the tech type of projects that are more focus on earning. Development wise and use case this is more layman's term to normal people and they would see and say, wow blockchain can be used on something like this. But the entire community or should I say market would not take a look on this. Well some whales could play with it but how long right?

Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market?
by
joshua123
on 25/08/2020, 15:25:51 UTC
There are many crypto token listed in coinmarketcap and been traded in top exchanges like binance, Yobit and lDex exchange which people consider as proficient enough in the cryptocurrency market and knowing well that Eth is ranking number 2 position in the coinmarketcap, let's discuss Do you think that any new crypto currency overtake Eth in times of price value can that be possible?
Probably in the future. No one knows what would be the leading project that could tie up with eth but for now eth is really taking its time to be with 2nd place. With the expansion of defi and series of new competitors we would likely to see what could be the the race and who will be the top altcoin this year.

Re: No exchange? No Value!
by
joshua123
on 24/08/2020, 06:07:57 UTC
So I bought an altcoin called batcoin from a cryptocurrency exchange website. I even withdrew all my coins to an offline wallet, because I don't exactly trust exchange websites. However, the exchange it was listed is now gone, due to a hack.

So now I am stuck with coins that have no value.  Undecided

Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry Cry

What do you think I should do now?
Forger and move on. Coins that has no value on an exchange means no demand and its tendency to die is high. Im always skeptical through which projects I must put my money but really never heard this coin, I thought its bat basic attention token but its different. Probably a shitcoin that imitating the original one. Beware of shitcoins they only do hardm than good. There are lots of good coin but why did you picked this one?

Re: Crypto Become Universal Money?

It is possible that  someday all country accept Crypto Currency and it will become Universal Money?
Yes its possible that all countries are accepting crypto for paymenr but I cant assure that it will be called as universal money. Its gonna be hard way to be like that. Whats wrong being accepted for payment world wide? Its fine as long as it can be used no need to exaggerate it with the likes of universal money etc.

Re: Crypto passive income - a bubble?
by
joshua123
on 24/08/2020, 04:35:19 UTC
I see that more and more investors are interested in a passive income that comes from cryptocurrencies. But, I am a little bit afraid that all these concepts: staking, crypto lending, and all form of income that is generated from nothing will end up sooner or later. When you compare mining, you have to buy mining rigs at first, then you need to pay electricity, so you spent a lot of money to mine a Bitcoin and that makes it valuable. What about staking? What you sacrifice to receive new coins?
I think those are not nonsense and useless. The business of lending not even in crypto is profiting and when you add a decentralized fashion like this, it will be more efficient.

I dont know what you meant that will end up sooner. You are doing a campaign from a staking project too but you dont believe on it? New coins can be received through investing or bounty campaign.

Re: Avalanche mainnet will go live in two weeks – which price do you expect?
by
joshua123
on 23/08/2020, 05:55:03 UTC
What price do you expect from Avalanche when it goes live? Keep in mind, many AVAX will be locked first and only be distributed later.
And what is your prediction for Avalanche long-term?

I think they can be like the next ethereum. The tech they are into are good and well described what they need is the adoption by the community. There are too many claims about the next project that can match up ethereum but so far the number one contender and has way seen its potential is polkadot. I think avalanche need to step up since polkadot is already on Binance and other exchange will list them for sure.

Re: Bubbalex and Cartesi team kept to bounty promise, thumbs up
by
joshua123
on 23/08/2020, 05:32:57 UTC
Yeah they did it. I think Bubbalex is one of the well known and reputed bounty managers now. Always he is active and he kept his word. Best of luck for Bubbalex Smiley
God why did I missed DIA campaign. All the participants of these project has good profit and way beyond typical bounty campaign. First is cartesi now dia campaign. Both are succesful and listed on too many huge projects. I think he is likely to have a good campaign on the future. If he has, this time I would not hesitant to participate anymore.

Re: Where Are You Next 5 Years?
by
joshua123
on 22/08/2020, 02:45:57 UTC
I can still afford to keep some coins in my wallet for the next five years and I know that by then, what I have would.have make more meaning than where it is now. Al's, by then , I would have advanced in my knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
Me too. There is no need to rush to something that might actually be a fortune on the next few years. One thing is for sure, that after few years many coins and tokens would be gone and make sure that you had pick some good coins to hold for long term cause probably some of them will be valueless or become more worthy. Anyway this is just speculative statement. No one knows what will happened either.

Re: Top Proof of Stake Coins for 2020
by
joshua123
on 20/08/2020, 13:59:48 UTC
You forgot about Cardano, it is the second biggest coin that could be stake after ChainLink, but approx. year reward is much higher than on ChainLink. You get around 3.5% interest per annum, which is much better than in any bank.  Cool
This is a nice list also. Has anyone seen the mantradao project? I think everywhere I look on social media even on twitter, this project really on news. Ive searched a bit and they are offering staking with APR of 88% one of the biggest Ive seen so far. They are listed on bithumb and currently have staking tokens there. I didnt get the news about that but If only I had I will joined the presale cause its very cheap compared to now.

Re: WHAT TYPE OF CRYPTO INVESTOR ARE YOU?
by
joshua123

I cant pick on your choices. But I am closer to being an holder. I cant considered my self as newbie cause I know how to make strategy and even do nice trades. But Im not qualified with the professional holders when you say expert is big word. I thought you can say that, but thats applicable to only traders that can analyze well the market.

Re: Which site do you use to get fresh updates on different projects event

For me Ive just used Google Search. Ive just type "news on cryptocurrency and blockchain" of course yhere will be a lot of pop up sites but the technique there is compared the news from its authenticity. In that way we can avoid such fake ones. But like everyone said. Choose only known and trusted publishers.

For me the best are coindesk and coinmarketcal. But Im also reading bloomberg and forbes soemtimes.

Re: Crypto currency is all about Hodling.
by
joshua123
on 19/08/2020, 07:33:12 UTC
Cryptoqurrency is a digital asset that is profitable for investment in the long and short term, but for those with real use cases. especially with the top coins and always has a further price development. In investing at least you need patience, skills and be able to manage your investment properly.
Also aside from use case that specific coin/token must have demand. Not all survive thr market especially on the bear era. Only top coin can guaranteed you enough profits. Now that everything is in consolidation, holding still an effective method. But its always have some cash when the market crash suddenly to average your asset. Trading is a lot of experimental process and it take a lot of confidence to win on it.

Re: HOW CAN I BECOME A BOUNTY HUNTER?
by
joshua123
on 19/08/2020, 06:07:17 UTC
Blockchain technology is still very new tespecially it's new mostly to people in the developing countries, but in a situation where you actually have  been doing freelance writing jobs for different blockchain projects and you now want to become a bounty Hunter yourself, how do one go about it? What are the things a bounty Hunter ought to know and have in other for him to be successful in bounty Hunting ?
Things to know? I think you need to improve first your grammar skills. Cause there are campaigns like blog and content writing that needs to be at least fluent to be accepted. I know this is maybe sound cliche but a lot of newbie or beginners here made a lot of mistakes on joining every bounty they saw. Also add an effort to do research and some marvelous things that could keep up your record. Im a hunter too and usually I end up failing on choosing campaign but sometime taking gamble and risk to new projects can become your weapon.

Re: DeFi tokens - do they have a real value?
by
joshua123
on 18/08/2020, 07:15:21 UTC
Make sure you do research on popular DeFi projects just as you would go on coinmarketcap to get lists of top altcoins on CMC, do not make mistake by investing on any DeFi projects you see, that's a wrong move, DeFi hype have make scammers building scam DeFi projects just like ICO days
Actually you are right. There are lots of projects seen on twitter that launching an ICO for short term then will set liquidity on uniswap. Afterwards they will gone like a wind. Ive losses on some short term shitcoin Ive risk to invest with. I think its time to find a real valuable defi project and avoid shitcoins.

Re: Quality Projects Revival
by
joshua123
on 18/08/2020, 06:46:26 UTC
Some good projects has been paused due their raised ETH value was falling in bear market.
But i think most paused projects unable to revive the project again, because they might have sold their raised ETH or other coins with low price at the  time of bear market.
Maybe we can keep it that way but not the case for every proejct out there. I know that some of them are full of lies and just making false hope for investors. I know the fact that they can easily scam the money and gone. Projects being revive and making their concept as defi are what we can called opportunist. Trying to ride with the hype of the market and earn funds.
