May be Booking.com does not use artificial intelligence but they have a big database and a lot of users. It is really very difficult to compete with Booking.com.
A lot will depend from the price for renting apartments. If on ModiHost prices will be better, people would prefer to use this platform.
Regardless of how convenient the service is, it will take a lot of money and time to capture at least a fraction of the percentage of this market from such a giant as Booking.com.
ModiHost is testing breakthrough technologies, so I dont think they can quickly set up a bot with artificial intelligence.
I think that the potential of ModiHost will be revealed in 2-3 years
