the market has been recovering but then it is not a certain fact that the market has recovered as things are still in the process. market price is just up and down as it is idea in crypto but then when we consider that it moves a reasonable percentage above the price it fell to then it is said to have recovered.

i do not think it is the idea of limitation of bounty hunters that will decrease the rate of dumps but i consider the idea of market been monitored by competent traders and using valid cryptocurrency trading pair to pump it at all time when it wants to be dumped.  it is also a measure.
