Has there been an issue with the betarigs server this last 12 hours or so?

My renter keeps notifying me it is down and when I check sure enough it is back on my backup pool.  After a few minutes it will switch back and repeat this cycle.

Now I am getting rejected shares saying "Worker temporarily banned"

I added time to my renter but I don't feel it is my responsibility to keep giving him *free* time as well it is not his/her fault the site is having issues.  I am open to suggestions.  I strive for a perfect rental rating and well this has been a little difficult this last rental period

Same problem here actually, 24h rent, no connection for the entire duration of rent.
Additionally the rent is over for the last 16 hours and the site still hasn't released my rig yet.
User "tomdif" has rented 2 of my rigs this way.

It is True... Now some owners rent lower compared if they were mining themselves


I have 1x suggestions to reduce lowering / highering prices.


Maybe mux you could forbid to modify twice renting price before 10 minutes for example.
It will reduce the prices war/ auctions.

It is good for renters and for owner because when price become high, it reducing increasing prices too..

I am running BAMT, and want to ensure that the betarigs pool will be switched to as quickly as possible to keep the renter happy.
How long should i expect it to take before cgminer automatically picks up betarigs.com? Is there anything i can do to speed up the changeover process? Here is my config file.


EDIT: I waited 15 minutes, and then restarted the mining which picked up betarigs no problem. I am getting around 35% rejects. Is that some sort of betarigs bug or a new altcoin?

After i put

Nope, my email has not received anything in the past few hours.

EDIT: I should add, I use my own email, so I set the rules for the spam folder, and this wouldn't show up in the spam folder anyways, defense right now is an entropy-check on the content, and a manual blacklist of senders and keyword searches through the content, of which I have 1 sender blocked.

Also, as the above should imply, I know what I am doing, so it is not misconfigured either.

I couldn't find you under that name on the forum but rig 33 is currently getting something close to 50% rejects and keeps failing over onto my backup pool.  I have double checked the rig itself but it is completely stable on middlecoin (my backup pool) so I have to conclude that it is a problem with your pool.  You may want to check into this.
