工作要求：
1.必須是具有社區相關活動經驗的本地（本地）中國人。
2.必須精通英語或韓語。
3.必須具備加密貨幣市場的基本知識。

優惠：
1.能夠將營銷擴展到其他渠道（博客發布，病毒內容等）。
2.加密社區管理經驗。
3.熱衷於加強在中國的營銷。

工資：
1.將討論基本工資，並在社區管理的ETH中支付約500美元。
2.獎金將被考慮用於擴展營銷活動，例如發現新的營銷渠道，吸引更多人加入渠道。
3.對於雇主要求的其他活動，例如空投管理，將根據活動的規模提供額外付款。

承包製：
1.合同將每月更新一次，並將更新相關信息（獎金，額外管理等）。

We are looking for someone who will join our long-term crypto project with China WeChat community management.
The employee should be a local Chinese, with fluent English(or Korean).

Job description:
1. General marketing activities with mainly community management of the Chinese WeChat channel of ABLE, and attraction of new members to the channel. The employee should carefully respond to any request or inquiries from community members of ABLE.
2. Management of events, such as airdrops, rewards.
3. Working hours will be 8 hours/day, 7 days/week (Working hours are adjustable)

Job Requirements:
1. Must be a local(native) Chinese with experience of community related activities.
2. Must be fluent in English, or Korean.
3. Must have basic knowledge of the cryptocurrency market.

Preferential:
1. Ability to extend the marketing to other channels(blog posting, viral contents etc.).
2. Experience with crypto community managing.
3. Passionate to enhance the marketing in China.

Salary:
1. Basic salary will be discussed, and will be around $500 USD, paid in ETH for the community management.
2. Bonuses will be considered for extended marketing activities such as discovering new marketing channels, attracting more people to the channel.
3. For additional activities requested from the employer, such as management of airdrops, extra payment will be given depending on the size of the event.

Contracting System:
1. Contracts will be renewed every monthly period, and will be updated of relevant information(Bonuses, Extra Management, etc.).
2. Digital Signature is required from both parties.
