I don't know what Bittrex is doing, but their wallet is working normally. Anyone heard back from them yet? I'm guessing it was just an automated pull, but it was pulled a day or two early if it was pulled for not meeting .2btc daily wasn't it?

they keep the wallet working for the reason of user's withdrawal, nothing more...
also the limit is daily average for seven days! one day with more than 0.2BTC wont save the coin...
it was over 3 BTC the last day alone, and 12 BTC waiting in buy orders...

those 3 BTC were just ppl dumping the coin for sure

Looks like the link in OP for bittrex is no longer valid. Might wanna consider removing it.
yeah the coin was finally removed from the only working exchange.
devs were not able to fix the buggy client.

well if you seek profit "right now", start trading.
mining is "future" profit, if you choose the right coin, just like it was when BTC started and only few ppl knew about it.
there is no big profit in mining BTC anymore, you can do bigger profit by trading BTC.
keep in mind that lower the ZRC network hashpower is, bigger daily rewards you get.
there is a bright future of ZRC ahead, you need to stack up a lot of ZRC for it
I know Ziftrpay in the jewel in the crown but something has to be done to boost the coin value before it hits zero

There's nothing wrong with cpuminer, what's wrong is the pool url you inputted... https://zrc.maxminers.neT
well the pool address continues on the next line "t port 3331: Timed out"
but you are right about the cpuminer, there is nothing wrong with it, it is the pool, even if the address is correct...

i switch to solomine in the wallet mining tab, select gpus and start mining, after 12 hrs there is several accepted shares, which means i have found some blocks, but there is no rewards for those blocks.

Yes, I did! I think I know the issue, you need to put 'usepok=0' in your config file. Your GPUs were probably mining with work with the PoK bit set, but doing work without PoK (proof of knowledge).
so, with usepok=0 the solomining works.
maybe i got that switch wrong.
can someone please explain to me what it really does and when i should use it?

The TL;DR is that you can mine while proving knowledge of the transactions that you are mining to get a 5% higher reward. As wolf0 pointed out, though, no miners currently support mining with PoK on (except for the CPU QT wallet miner, which is really slow).

At the current price, JPC is a (speculative) steal. If a new dev can be found, and there will finally be some new features, the price might go back to 10s easily.

If you're using ziftrpool.io you should see payouts each hour, with a minimum payout of 0.001 coins. If you're using a different pool, you'll have to check their website to see what their payout structure is.

Just a quick note, it is very likely that JackpotCoin will get a new takeover soon. All details are still to be decided, so I can't tell more for now.

we have now the same buggy client with fancy useless features and price back on 3sat.
lets bring new dev to create new buggy client v1.7 and push the price to 1sat before the only working exchange removes it from market.

The Dev should post the database online for download. It will keep people happy until a fix for the bloat occurs.

Hope it will help especially new users to quickly sync the wallet. Because now it takes forever to sync the wallet from zero...
yeah... lets breach p2p block chain protection and let everyone to download the modified one
anyhow, lightweight client would make sense, just like it does for BTC, it would attract more ppl to JPC.
EDIT:
i had to recover my client from November last year and it took 4 days to sync the last 3 months, that is crazy...
i would not go for JPC as a new user if i had to wait like two weeks to make my client fully synced.

guys, thx for the new version, but it seems even more demanding than the 1.5.
it gives my 4 core CPU like 37% workload which peaks to 50% time to time.
that means it is using one thread/core on 100% permanently and second thread/core on 50% on average.
seems like the wallet is mining with one CPU even with the generate=0.
imho you should have fixed this before adding new features.
