good. You say it is at their convenience. But as far as mining reward is concerned it has to be in account itself no. Why means, if a member having 8000 khs in his account and getting a reward of around 4000 for 24 hours, for the first day he claims his reward say at 04.00hrs and for the next day due to his work burden or some reasons he claims his reward 5 hours later than the previous day which is at 09.00hrs and for the third day he is still late to claim 4 hours late say at 13.00 hrs.
In this situation for the first dat it is ok. For the second day he looses 5 hours and for the third day he looses another 4 hours and if he continues like this he might be loosing his one day earnings fully in a weeks time.
Claim daily or claim every 24 hours is totally different from claiming 24 hrs after the previous claim.
That is what I am wondering since I have already lost one day earnings due to me late claiming.
All that is if a member claims his earnings late or early is not a matter but he has to be paid his earnings daily. If he skips his earning himself for that particular day then he has to loose his earnings for the particular day only and not for his entire membership. The late claiming time should be only for that day only and not for the entire membership period. This is what I am trying to express and not much more than that. But you are going on saying that every 24 hours.
Review if you can and let the members claim his earnings daily if he late or early either.
This is not a complaint but it is a thing of understanding. That's all.
If you are satisfied do this and try to reopen my account and I shall continue further or else leave it.

For point no.2: We have 24 hours to withdraw our earnings. But when we withdraw our earnings for a particular day it again tells us to wait for another 24 hours. If a 24 hours period starts at 00.00 hrs on 01.01.2016 and it has to reset at 00.00 on 02.01.2016. But it is not like that. For instance, if I withdraw my earnings for 00.00 01.01.2016 at some 04.30 hrs on 01.01.2016 again I can withdraw my earnings only after 04.31 hrs on 02.01.2016 which is 24 hrs after my previous withdraw and it is not by the server time and it is calculated only after my previous claim time. That is what I asked you. But your are saying that I am saying shit.

You should not say as payout every twenty four hours, why means you are paying every twenty four hours, but you are crediting the mining earnings to the respective users every twenty four hours. Mining earnings are added to the balance only when the users claim it and it is not every twenty four hours and it is only twenty four hours after each claim. But, you are saying that every twenty four hours. Every twenty four hours means there should be a stipulated server time and it should not be every twenty four hours after each claim.
Also, you have been reducing the mining earnings consistently. First I got 5000+ from my 8006 Khs, after that it has been reduced to 4306 and now it is totally down to 3876. if this is downed gradually why should we have the Khs.
Second thing is 1000 every three hours is like only 333 per hour and it is definitely much low than any other faucet that pays every hour. Moreover, you are having a lot of add space and have displayed a lot of adds in each page of your site and definitely you might have a good earnings from displaying adds. But you still pay very less. Why.

Even less add displaying site also pays more that 20 times than you. Moreover, this type of calculation is more confusing and not every body can claim continuously. As far as I am concerned, I am a govt. salaried person and I have to go to office daily and I am able to be online only after I return to home. At morning I use to click your site for 1 per minute and leave to office and as soon as return back, I click in your site, it says 1 per minute again. I earn only 60 per claim and for this small amount as just 60 satoshis for one hour, I feel this is disgusting for me to click regularly and be online continuously wasting my internet connection and my time for just 60 satoshi. I don't know, how others manage to earn a decent income form your site. Also I have invested some satoshis in your site and having nearly 8000 Khs. Now the mining rewards is also reduced suddenly form 5000 satoshis per day to just nearly 4300 per day which is 700 less per day.Why?
Hence, it is my humble request to roll back to previous type of rewards so as enable every one to have a regular, decent and stable claims from your site.

I was having 7000+ MHS in my account and today it is set to "0". Why? What happened to my MHS.

No. The rewards are not being increased, rather it has decreased. 300 every 60 minutes should be equal to 300 x 6 = 1800 every 6 hours i.e. 360 minutes. But it is only 1360 which is 440 less for 6 hours and approximately 73 less for one hour.

Though the price has said to be increased, I claimed twice today and my account balance was not updated and not showing it. Where can I find.
