Vote ended at a 50/50 split with half going to bonuses and the other half going to be used for marketing funding.

Date has not been decided on bonus drop as we are waiting for further detail. You should be able to use any ERC-20 wallet as eltcoin is an erc-20 token. ELTWALLET or MEW but still waiting on further details and instructions.
