To me both look good, investing in gold first or BTC later, but I'm confused by the current market conditions especially in terms of ROI, who is the fastest to move on?

As all are speculating the merge for ETH, are we gonna see ATH for ETH in the crypto market? Thoughts?

The entire crypto market is falling again today, but is this the first time? Didn't it fall the same way in 2021 before the new ATH? And remember what was the level of greed and fear at $40,000 a year ago and now? I see this drop as an opportunity to buy fundamental tokens at a good price. I bought NEAR, Sol, Aurora, Harmony, Link, ADA.

Also a good reason to believe that this is just a correction is the fact that the largest venture capital funds continue to invest money into the market. For example, a month ago Three Arrows Capital bought 156K ETH, or just recently A16z, Alameda, Three Arrows Capital held another round of investment and invested $150M in NEAR Protocol, which indicates that serious guys like a16z and Alameda still believe in growth.

I've noticed that crypto projects grow in response to certain events, such as the project on metaverse, which has become extremely popular in recent days. Everyone is joining these projects, and everyone is profiting handsomely simply because Facebook mentions the metaverse. According to this analysis, there is a project called secretworld.network on BSC that is a gaming project with mostly live features, and I believe that due to the project's nature, there is a chance to make a good profit, so I'm considering participating in their presale that will be on 12th of March, but I'm afraid of losing money. Every day, people are getting more used to digital payments with crypto due to the numerous benefits it provides. There are no chargebacks, no middleman, and lower fees. Comparing crypto against traditional credit/debit cards issued by banks, I'd say crypto wins by a long shot. Merchants and businesses are slowly accepting crypto as payment method, so we should see credit/debit cards lose traction in the long run. Even VISA announced that it will be using Blockchain tech for its own benefit.

The way I see this will turn out in the future is that credit/debit cards will cease to exist as they're replaced by stablecoins and decentralized cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum. Maybe VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover will make stablecoins of their own? If credit/debit cards are eliminated, then we'll be on the right path towards a full-fledged cashless society. Instead of carrying with a physical wallet full of paper money or plastic cards, you would only carry a smartphone with a digital wallet containing the coins of your choice.

TerraUSD is a stablecoin that previously had a value of "1 USTC = $1". At the moment it worths $0.03
Crypto market is very unpredictable and dangerous, every company is chasing power and influence on the market but the problem is that if any of them make mistake, their product and the assets of millions of people fail.

At the moment I think that BUSD and USDT are the safest stablecoin pairs for regular cryptocurrency trading but I'm afraid that Binance has so huge influence on the market that if it makes mistake, BUSD may get fucked.
USDT seems to be the safest, am I right? What are the possibilities that USDT may end up like TerraUSD?
