I've been running DeepOnion wallet for some time and noticed that I've been had over 30 connections to the network. Why those connections haven't been limited, like in Bitcoin for example? It is widely known that in Bitcoin network connections have been limited to 8, because it makes it somewhat more stable to run and the whole network a bit more efficient than without limiting.
My DO wallet have been running smoothly but just wondering, why should I have over 30 connections if 8 is enough..

Do 1:1 means that Exereum blockchain will have exact copy of Ethereum blockchain at the fork height?
Yes it will be as mentioned in OP they will make exact copy of the ETH blockchain on giving time frame. I think this is interesting plan to get some tokens for free and if they will get succeed to deliver than it will be win win situation.
That doesn't seem to be very good since Ethereum blockchain size is already over 1Tb. So it takes forewer to sync Exereum chain straight from start?
Is it so that since Exereum if fork of Ethereum, it's blockchain size will be over 1Tb already at block 1?
I've "mining" Electroneum via my phone for a while, but sometimes it takes very long before I get my coins to my wallet, have anybody else experieced this?

Why transactions can goes faster and sometimes slower?
- Difficulty in combination with the hash rate at that moment of the blockchain is the mean reason
When the diff is high and the mining speed is getting lower, it will result in slower blocks find. When blocks get find slower, transactions took longer (need at least 20 confirms from the blocks).
But normally ETN transactions goes really fast

Thanks for the answers. I have also experienced very slow transaction times when transacting between 2 android wallets. I just though that it's weakness for this coin at the moment, if comparing with fastest coins exists today. If they would be faster, that would be really good, since I like many things about Electroneoum. How fast transactions you're experiencing?

This seems to be nice project with lot of airdrops, but how is this coin Ultra Anonymous? Is this coin using zk-SNARKS? If so, does it use its's own parameters or same as Zcash or some other well known project?

Can somebody confirm which is the correct way to run this miner background on UbuntuVM?
I need to know where to put that -B in my command. Thanks in advance.
