Re: Is it better to have many altcoins or it is enough to have few?

It's not necessary to have lot of coins, maybe you can choose to acquire some coins that are really profitable so you can be sure of return of investment
Keeping too many coins also has chances that you can earn a fortune from one of them, though, same with the bad side that some coins are just waste of money

Re: Long time holding, is it a smart thing to do?

I think we should be realistic in choosing a strategy on the project we follow. Because each project is different, and have different prospects. Longtime hold definitely is not the best way out there to make money. You will make more when you actively trading it. But as you know, trading is risky, require knowledge, and takes a lot of time.

Re: Do you believe in crypto long-term?
by

Absolutely, I think that cryptocurrencies are the future and that the day will come when they will be used on a daily basis by most people in the same way that credit cards or online banking are used nowadays. I think that some existing tokens and coins definitely have a long-term future, other coins and tokens are only suitable for speculation. Nobody can now predict which coins and tokens will survive in the long run.

This is bad time to investing in ICO now. Market prices are falling down now and all tokens also falling down now after ICO. For trading needs to see some videos at youtube how to do it Much better to invest trading than the ico. Join signature campaign in ico to recieve tokens if the project is success.

It all depends on the project you are participating, as coins that have good projects supporting them usually pay bounty very fast, and hit exchanges even faster. Bounty campaigns are need your patience and time. And if you follow all criteria of bountys then you will get your rewards.

Its unpredictable, and risky, there are many reason for dumping all coins.
Buy in increments so you don't have to worry about if the market is bullish or bearish.  If you're investing in a good project, it will eventually give you profits for your investment.

Re: whats your plans for the year 2018
by

In 2018 I plan research cryptomarket and invest in hopefully altcoins. Also want to learn crypto daily trading to accumulate ETH and BTC.
My plan is to watch the prices of the top 10 coins and buy at their dip. This way I can buy coins at the most affordable price that I can get into.

Maybe you just see only one side of the cryptocurrency industry, but do not notice the other. Now more and more companies are using cryptocurrency, do you think it's all done just like that?
I am most definitely not leaving crypto because I believe in the technology and I buy only the project which have a chance at real world adoption in the long term.

Yes there are plenty of scam projects and they are making troubles for good ideas. You can wisely choose the ICO projects if there are more supporters and the idea is unique then you can trust or else you can skip the project.

Re: Why to Invest in ICO?

Investing in any ICO is quite risky but if you're lucky you'll get a huge reward. but we can minimize that risk by doing some research to make sure ICO has a good product, I think that is the basis for investing in ICO. there are still many people who are interested in ICO because it is true, if successful project they will get a good profit. Just choose a few new ICOs now and be patient.Good luck!

When I receive awards usually I try not to sell them at once, but keep them until the moment when the price is suitable. Holding is important. Don't sell the coins as soon as you get them. Keep your eye on the market. And if you think the coin can no longer go higher then sell it.

Investing in ico does have a very high risk, It is very difficult to choose 3 ICO so that all are successful! It is better to diversify its assets to 10 different ICO, it is very good to study them, it is better to learn the opinions of experts about them and only then to invest! So better invest in bitcoin or altcoin, now bitcoin price down here is a good chance for you.In the near future you will benefit.

Please calm down man! It's not the end it's just market cycle, I guess you haven't been in crypto for a long time, but these kinds of market dips happen on a regular basis. No one knows exactly when we will get out of this funk, but we will.

1) Transparency, active team in the community. Possibly one of the most important stuff.  You have to look at their profiles, their background, their linkedin, twitter, everyone.

2) Forums and blogs. See what others are saying about it

There are always a possibility of any other coins will replace bitcoin no one knows what will happen in the future. Maybe a Chinese or US-backed coin can blow up bitcoin
