Re: What factors scare others from investing into bitcoin?
by
jurelmartin
on 01/08/2018, 16:32:45 UTC
First is legalization, if the certain person knows that bitcoin is not legal on his country then that person probably stop getting involved in bitcoin, second is the influence of media, because there are some medias that demote bitcoin or saying negative thoughts about bitcoin that can potentially scare people away from bitcoin. And i think the most common factor is the lack of knowledge, if he fully understand how bitcoin system works then he should know the potential of it, but if a certain person is lacking of that knowledge then he will be scared to put his money on

Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal?
by
jurelmartin
on 01/08/2018, 16:25:22 UTC
Not yet, because bitcoin is still growing as an asset, it might reached its goals in terms of pricing but in terms of purpose? Its still far, if bitcoin is used in everyday living such as buying goods at the grocery store, sending money abroad and so on then bitcoin can get closer to its goal, but as of this time? Its very far from its potential goal

Yes, bitcoin has really the potential to increase its value through time, there are a lot of ups and downs but anytime is a good oppurtunity to buy, but things are different when selling, you have to look if you will gain profit on that particular sell

ETH shows a very good value on the market, and i think this is one of the alt coin out there that i will be able to put trust besides bitcoin, a lot of projects are using ethereum as their platform, meaning they have trust on it, so personally i still support ETH because i see a grrat potential on it next to bitcoin

The best to do on how you will know is by reading their whitepaper carefully, see what are the goals and plans and understand how realistic the project is, you can also check the background of the team behind that project. Or simply you can also check the rank of that certain coin

by
jurelmartin

Yes of course but also it is also secured in terms of investment, the cryptoworld is dangerous because there are a lot of people or hackers that can steal your tokens or can get you scammed if you are not knowledgeable enough about on what you are doin, so be very cautious on how you transact to the others because it can be a scam or can get you hacked

Re: Why is the price of bitcoin so high
by
jurelmartin
on 26/07/2018, 17:15:10 UTC
The price of bitcoin is created based on how people think how much it worth, from the year it was created up to this year there are a lot of trust have been put into bitcoin by the users around it and believes in it, so making this huge population of trust means it is truly valuable, thats what make bitcoin price is high

Re: Why did the government want to kill Bitcoin?
by
jurelmartin
on 26/07/2018, 17:07:12 UTC
There are a lot of aspects why government want to shutdown bitcoin, one of those is the potential usage for money laundering which almost all of the government around the world cannot 100% be solved what more if the money is being put on a wallet which is very anonymous the governments cannot just let that happen easily so they put regulations or worse being banned to their country to prevent those kind of things happening

The majority of us believes that it is less likely to happen, we see bitcoin drops its price then back it up later on, that happens over and over again, so dont mind those negative ones who keep saying that bitcoin will die, because for us, it will never be until it reaches its very peek

Re: Bitcoin is it the Future of Banking ?
by
jurelmartin
on 19/07/2018, 10:47:41 UTC
I dont think so, our governments will strongly disapproved that because they cant just let everyone use money freely or use it whatever they wanted to specially bad things, governments wants in control of money or regulate it to avoid these such kinds of bad things to happen like money laundering and so on. Bitcoin maybe just a way of banking or an alternative for some, but it is less likely to replace our banking systems

in a way, it a asset because its a very useful thing that was created, it became useful in terms of sending money anywhere to anyone around the globe, it can be also use as a form of investment. but many of the countries that banned bitcoin do not see it as a asset to their nation, for some they see it as a threat to their banking systems, a threat for using it for money laundering and so on. but i believe that bitcoin is a very valuable asset

Re: BTC transaction fees is going down.
by
jurelmartin
on 18/07/2018, 09:43:41 UTC
when transaction fees goes down its really a good new for those active traders, because transaction fees is one of the things that they think of before making a transaction to someone, if the fees is so high they will stop trading for a while and wait for the fees to go down to make their transaction or trading more profitable. we can also add that if bitcoin transaction fees are low more people will become interested in trading in bitcoin too

Re: WIll bitcoin be the point of reference for other cryptocurrencies for ever?
by
jurelmartin
on 13/07/2018, 02:28:02 UTC
Bitcoin is the foundation of cryptocurrencies, the creation of the other coins was inspired by the bitcoin itself. Bitcoin is also a trend thats why many people are so into the creation of their own coins. For some, they want to surpass the bitcoin value, some also see rooms for improvements that bitcoin does not have as a result they make their own coins. So i think that th future coins will remain bitcoin as a reference for the developers

Its not about being foolish, its about being strategic and smart. Thats why i commend all successful investor and future investors too, because they see the future of bitcoin and they are right, becuase lets face th reality, one cannot be successful if you dont have the criteria for investing in bitcoin. So stop saying that they are foolish they are far more clever than the ones who saying that they are all fools

Re: Bitcoin failed as a currency
by
jurelmartin
on 12/07/2018, 00:39:37 UTC
It never was a currency but it is similar, back then, the main purpose of bitcoin is to send money anywhere anytime globally without having to pay the micro transaction fees which is a big deal if you are sending money dar across the globe, a lot of people take advantage to that because it does really help them sending money to someone. In that particular aspect bitcoin was a success as a form of currency not literally a currency itself
