Answered my own question. There was a small negative USD balance (<0.01) on one of my wallets that I had to correct before making a withdraw.

Edit: This is a SCAM. No one has received a code. Do not buy from him until someone does.
Bought Netflix subscription on the 23rd. Seller states that there was a delay and that it would be sent on the 24th.
It is now the 25th.
I'll update if I receive a code, but I suggest future buyers to wait for confirmations before purchasing. Very easily a scam.
