I've just about had enough of the terrorist too.

Several people have opted not to post here. So I'm thinking of creating a self-moderated clone thread, until the mods change their stance or he fucks off.

I would be much interested in that.  Please let me know what you decide.  I have very little intention to post at any time, but that shit kills whatever enthusiasm I have

Mr Spread answered concerns by himself.  So georgem should't be able to?  Peopls' memories are very short in crypto...

Looks like we are in the clear on Bittrex!  No more threatening banner!  Shocked

I'm glad I can stop dumping frigging piles to keep the volume up!  That was getting painful.  And expensive, dammit.  Thanks to whoever started buying!  I did some through alternate routes, but it wasn't fun

I have no confidence in them.  I have far more in you, or I wouldnt be doing what I do.  The stuff you and Coins101 speak is nice.  And rhinomonke to countercheck.  This is a nice project, or I wouldn't be here

Is there a list with Delegates who will share their profits with the community voters?

There was discussion about this months ago and maybe even a list somewhere.  However, with forging rewards delayed and so many people drifting in and out of Lisk since launch, I personally think any existing list is not accurate anymore.

There has been a lot of discussion behind the scenes among delegate candidates about the economics of running a node.  The current thinking is leaning away from "vote-bribes / pool forging" and a lot more towards giving a relatively large portion of forging rewards (say 20% or so) as "charity support" to assist blockchain app developers and their projects.  By the time you add together server costs for high-quality multiple nodes (primary and backup), taxes, blockchain app support, and reasonable compensation / wages for the delegate's time in running the node - after all that, I believe there's not going to be a lot of profit to "give away".  Running a node is a business proposition to keep a multi-million dollar network operational and growing, not some variation on Bitcoin mining pools.

Beware and be cautious of people promising lots of profit to voters.   If you go through the numbers, there really isn't a lot of profit to share in the current DPoS structure.  An Active Delegate makes around 12,000 Lisk per month for the first year.   Say 100 people provide 1M votes each to a profit-sharing delegate who is "giving it all away!".  That delegate now has 100% of all available Lisk votes.  Everybody who voted for him now gets 1% of his income, or 120 Lisk per month on their 1M "investment".  That ain't much.   You got a lot less than 1M to vote with?  Then you're gonna get a lot less than 120 Lisk per month.

Don't trust anybody's "profit-sharing" scheme that doesn't have a detailed budget that includes server costs, taxes, and their own compensation.  If you go through the numbers, Lisk is not about free money to get rich quick.  Lisk is about creating a sustainable, healthy infrastructure by running a core non-profit business relying on tax-paying participants who are paid to keep its network going.

So I still owe georgem .05 BTC.  It will be coming, my friend.  SP, I wish I could get my new miner versions.  I tried to email you from the new one.....

I owe you after that.

And what did I read? You buy your daughter the best GPU available? You must by the best parent in the world! Kudos. Smiley

  Not even close to best parent!!  But she loves the new GPU.  Her room is much cooler than the SLI 970s.  And I get to play with those, so win-win.  Put the 2 5 x gtx960 machines on spr for testing.  They do 2.97Mhash each card.  Can't test power usage from here.  I like those two machines better than any I have

  And to SP_    I found a copy of version 9 on one rig.  I think I remember never updating because the older ones were so stable...  I apologize for disparaging due to my own stupidity.  Yes , I feel stupid now....

Just for reference

My GTX 750ti SC EVGA cards do 1.79 Mhash average (50 of these on spr at the moment) with no OC beyond factory.  These are purpose built rigs with 8gb of RAM and Celeron CPUs

3 x GTX 950 does right at 2 Mhash alongside 2 750ti in the same machine.

A GTX 970 windforce does 4.5Mhash, but this is a much faster CPU (don't know if this matters).

I have 2 5-card GTX 960 machines that are absolute MONSTERS at everything I have tried them on.  I don't remember the exact hashrate they did on spr, but I think they were about 500 watts at the wall.  They are on something else at the moment, and at a different location, so I can't verify.

I haven't measured the power draw any of my faster cards, because they are not dedicated miners.  I'll try to get the 970 numbers for reference

This is using sp mod 8 private miner, because he hasn't sent me any updates.  My email address changed after I bought it, so I can't blame him.  But I have been EXTREMELY happy with everything I have purchased from him.

ALL are rock solid, and will run for a month+ at a time.  A 6-card 750ti machine will draw 375 watts at the wall with no voltage mods.  That could probably be significantly lower, but I haven't played with it because they are dead stable on anything I have mined with them

Just for reference, also

sp mod 9 private miner
Rig 2xGTX1070 power limit100 -> 2x6,8Mh = 13,6Mh 350watts
Rig 2xGTX1070 power limit 49 -> 2x5,2Mh = 10,4Mh 220watts =))

  I need some new cards!!!

In all seriousness, bitcoin with SPR ServiceNodes pushing up the full node count is an exceptional model.

You can carve that in stone!

I'll be carving it on my g/f ass if we get to 10% of BTC's value

Another FUNNY!  I like your style, amigo
