Wild... 6 months no answers and now a month a 6 week fiesta in BTC talk on top of this and BC can't give the man his 750 bucks.

I'm actually facing a similar thing right now, I hadn't played in BC since my last problem with them. Today decided to log in after like 3-4 months. I still have like 280 life time refs there who sometimes play. To my surprise there was like 90 bucks of affiliate commission and I discovered they have poker now, so I tried it. Happened to take balance to like 720 ish, requested 651 usdc via erc20 and few mins later while playing dice I get kicked out and account locked.

I had few laughs around the community, no wonder most have left this is like legit hilarious. I should be kycd long time ago and I've had this account for 5 years at least.
But what's like really weird is these winnings are from poker - meaning it's like straight from other ppl pockets, so the casino didn't lose a penny on my session, yet they are that broke that they can't pay me $651 and let me finish my $70 gambling session 

Case closed both parties have reached an agreement!

If there's no resolution to your case then I suggest you to turn to the license provider.

You can do this by visiting bethog and scrolling down to the bottom of the site. On the pc version of the site there's a button next to the 18+ sign.
Click there and it will show u the license information and also an option to submit a complaint.

By the looks of this, they are trying to weasel their way out of everything. Really really big red flag.

Sucks, that this happened to you. The minimum they are obligated to pay in this scenario is the value of the almost winning bet at the point of cancellation.
Do you maybe have a full conversation with them to share?

After 1 month and nearly 3 weeks there hasn't been any development. Jackpot.bet still owes Kpkplol $93k.

Now what is crazy is that they are asking her to sign an NDA.
In this NDA nothing about paying her is mentioned. It's just like they want to silence her.
Sure, she's willing to sign the NDA and delete everything from her socials if a payment plan would have been included.

Based on a lot of previous reports, I think we should.

The down fall of duelbits, once a great casino. Now looks like they have ran out of money to play legitimate winners.
There's like over 5 threads in the past 2 pages of the scam section already... why people still play there?

Update:
After nearly 2 weeks of struggle BC has put $224.81 as a bonus on my account.
What do you think guys, should I just move on at this point? Despite the fact that I lost more and waited 2 weeks? Looks like a spit in my face...

No solution yet. From the chats they do agree that I should be reimbursed for the unwanted rounds, but lately the communication has been a bit slow.
Still waiting to hear back from them.
